  • This talk delves into the inseparable nature of spirit and matter, emphasizing that the human and divine are fundamentally one. Kavi challenges the common tendency to treat spirituality as an escape from the pain and difficulties of the human experience. Such an approach often leads to a detached or incomplete spiritual journey, one that bypasses the deeper truths held within our wounds and struggles. True spiritual growth requires integrating the spiritual with the human, recognizing that both are facets of the same reality.
The journey to wholeness involves addressing both psychological and spiritual dimensions. Psychology engages with the ego, the wounds, and the conditioning shaped by life, while spirituality brings the awareness needed to see beyond these patterns. Healing and awakening occur when the light of awareness illuminates the shadow, allowing for transformation and harmony to emerge. Practices such as meditation, self-inquiry, and rituals can bring us closer to the spiritual, but without acknowledging and working through the pain and trauma held in the body and psyche, they often fall short of true integration.
This integrated approach requires a willingness to enter the depths of the human experience-to face and release the pain, grief, and patterns that lie hidden in the shadows. As we move between psychological and spiritual work, a balance begins to emerge, leading to a profound realization of wholeness. Spirit and matter, once seen as separate, become recognized as one. This holistic, harmonious embodiment creates a human being grounded in their body, clear in their mind, and connected to both earth and sky, embodying the fullness of life.

These series of videos of darkness, wounds, etc. is such an important step, a hard process but needed.
    Thank you Kavi.

So relevant, dear Kavi, and so beautiful...Spirit and matter are one...Awareness being aware of psychology...A Knowing that is unique to Awareness, probably arising from deep relaxation...In all, your post made it possible for me to welcome, embrace a deeper understanding, lodged in my heart more than in my mind. Thank you.

You've heard of the missing link regarding humans and our origin?
Integration seems to be the missing link between human nature and "spirituality"
I used to believe that seeking enlightenment was the one true path but that lasted for only a few years until I realized something wasn't right, that something was missing.
I grok that Reintegration IS the missing link, at least in my case :) ❤

That's it, reintegration IS the missing link.

    Hello Kavi,
I just watched this after a strange night..... I was listening to some soothing (binaural beats) healing music whilst going into sleep. I was deeply relaxed and spontaneously felt as though all the physical symptoms were being sucked out of my body and dispersed into space. At the same time, I had this "knowingness" that the mental/ emotional pain that had resulted in these physical symptoms was also being discharged. It was very comforting! As this was an unplanned, unsolicited experience, I didn't try to navigate it, but just allowed it to be.
Do you think it's possible to release the darkness in this way, without "facing" it via conscious spiritual integration? And do you consider it would be helpful for me now to "recreate" it, adding in the spiritual integration element?
Sending thanks, love and light from North Staffordshire, England
    🙏💙🕯
    Julie

'Do you think it's possible to release the darkness in this way, without "facing" it via conscious spiritual integration? - Yes, because healing is actually entirely natural and over spiritualizing it can be an impediment. In the deepest relaxation everything starts to unwind. Trust that.
And do you consider it would be helpful for me now to "recreate" it, adding in the spiritual integration element? - Why not, if it brings relaxation then yes. But don't expect any outcome, and certainly don't expect the same outcome. Honor the release that happened, don't try and reproduce it.

Apologies, Kavi! I didn't see your reply and decided to edit one word in my message. For some reason, the only way I could do this was to delete the comment and re-post the new version. I didn't think you would have seen it at rhat point, due to the time difference between us. Thanks for replying.

Thank you Kavi. Today, I still have those physical symptoms, but now with a sense of freedom, calmness and appreciation that healing has taken place. The body will catch up in its own sweet time! I may try the spiritual integration, if spirit moves me - but without attachment to any particular outcome, as you so wisely advised. Happy to have found you!😊

Spirit and matter are not one…

Look deeper into the sacredness of existence.
Matter is not devoid of spirit; it is the manifestation of spirit in form. Every atom, every cell, every breath carries within it the essence of life-the sacred energy that animates existence. Likewise, spirit does not float above or apart from matter; it expresses itself through the textures, sensations, and movements of life.
The two are not in opposition but are different expressions of the same reality. The wave is not separate from the ocean; it is the ocean in motion. In the same way, the material world is spirit in motion, clothed in form.
When we truly realize this, the sacredness of all things becomes evident. The body is not just a vessel for spirit; it is spirit embodied. The world is not something to escape in pursuit of spirit; it is a living temple where spirit dances in every moment.
