I feel I needed to surrender to the divine plan. I said out loud once “lead me to my purpose,” and once “please make me or take me,” when I was going through a horrible time. It did come, without any effort on my part. Things started to shift and change for me. I came out of depression, have my own business and feel so joyful.

I have a daughter that’s really good at following her intuition she told me that she pays attention to her reoccurring thoughts or thoughts that come out of the blue… she also pays attention to what comes up as she goes throughout her day like she might see something in a magazine or on TV or social media and she pays attention to what comes up reoccurring… she also pays attention to how she feels about these things that come up reoccurring… she’s really taught me how to be more aware within my daily activities… it really has worked well for me… thank you for your video !!
A few years back in a meditation to connect to my guides, i smelled the most beautiful scent - like flowers - and i felt pure joy. Another time, in a stressful period of my life, a couple of years ago, i was in bed, trying to relax, breathe in and out calmly and i felt a warmth in and around my hand, like someone's warm hand holding mine. It made me feel so safe and protected. Those moments are magical, these connections through senses are so clear, you simply KNOW. I think i may also get the "knowing" you re talking about from the way you describe it.

I see 11:11 and 111 almost daily. It brings me joy. And I agree about the videos. It’s uncanny how I get videos with messages I need to hear.
These exact numbers come up almost every couple of days! It also gives me a sense of peace and happiness. It started a couple of years ago when I lost both of my adult children due to tragic circumstances and continued to happen randomly since. It happened today, and then here I am when your video popped up in my feed 😮!!

Angels numbers appear for me SO many times a day! I can’t even say it enough it surprised me so much in the beginning but now I find such comfort in it. I see such a huge array of patterned numbers. I know this is always my spirit guides helping me move in the right direction for me ❤
I don't understand how it could even be possible to see the same numbers or times as many times as I do. It doesn't scientifically make sense.
I pick up dumpsters that people rent and take them to them to the dump and every dumpster either costs 222.33 or 44.55 or it weighs 2.22 tons. I look at the other people who work there's tickets and there like 26.84 or 174 39. I love the winks from my spirit guides!
Me too. There is almost not a day that goes by without me seeing repeating numbers. Often, I see them two or three times in one day. I just happen to look at the clock at the right moment.
It is your unconscious focus in these numbers.
Yes, me too! Its always 11:11 or 22:44 or something like that when I look on the clock, then I always smile to my guides and angels and thank them for saying hello to me🤗
🤣 I've been unwell, and usually I get pummeled by registration plate numbers when I'm out driving. Didn't go anywhere for about a week. Walked out onto my balcony, and a car with 777 drove past. It's a quiet suburban street, I was out there for all of 5 seconds, checking for a delivery. Cracked me up so hard. I love my team.
@@SwiftRabbit-w7g I get that a lot. In all fairness, in my country people can order those numbers, and they like to do that, but still, it's only a small percentage, because it costs money. And I only see them when I'm not looking. Whenever I look at an oncoming car and think: "I wonder whether it has one of those numbers"...it never has. But as soon as I stop thinking about it, somebody drives right into my field of view with one of those numbers. Recently I was recording a voice message about a spiritual topic, while driving around, and those numbers where everywhere. It felt like every other car had one. I wondered whether I was "onto something" with the things I was saying...

One wonderful experience I had once was while cycling. I was in a good mood (don't remember my exact thoughts at that time) cycling away when at some point I felt supported, like my bike was suddenly silently powered. I had to look back to see if maybe I lost my side bag, or someone was pushing me, but everything looked normal, no one around.
I enjoyed this wonderful state, which continued for several minutes.
I asked to meet whoever has been with me my entire life before an Ayahuasca ceremony. At some point in the ceremony, there were three beings sitting in front of me; one of them looked like he was made of stone. I just looked at them and understood who they are. The feeling I got from seeing them was, of course love, but it was also really funny. I got the sense they said to each other, eff it, let's just show him, he's obviously listening to us.
I don't know, I found it funny, their light got more intense, then the person in control of the ceremony said holy smokes there's a lot of energy in this room right now! Which made it even funnier to be honest.
I've always listened, ever since I can remember. I called it the wave. I would ask my mom what the wave is. You know, when a voice tells you things in a wave. My Mom thought I was a bit weird.
Anyway, that's my story about meeting my guides.

No, it's absolutely not. The ego is necessary for our sense of identity. The ego is necessary in so many ways. This is not exactly what they mean by 'curb your ego'. There are mediums, that even cure people, that not only have a huge ego but are psychopaths as well. The espiritual apparatus has nothing to do with your character.
When a Strong scent of different kind of flowers suddenly appears from nowhere I know the spirits are around me. without expecting it. These moments make me soooo happy..
I get this from time to time. Especially roses, it is unbelievably overwhelming like I walked into acres upon acres of rose bushes in full bloom. I think the most interesting one I got was a week ago. I was watching a channeling video and before the being was announced I got the amazing scent of wet grass and the being was identified as an earth elemental. Always fun when playing in the spirit world.
I get scents as well. Scents I know and associate with loved ones shows me they are around me. Sometimes I smell things totally out of place to where I am.
This happens to my mom about her grandma. A rose perfume that’s no longer made gets her attention sometimes. And in her house where that smell wouldn’t have come from someone else.
The last week or so I have been stronger on wanting guidance and here I am.

I also started fasting and eating only living foods (fruits, nuts, water) cutting out sugar, processed foods, and dyes. I have been sweating out so many toxins built up over my lifetime. I felt great, until I ate a slice of pizza lol. The next day I felt the lower vibration return and this morning I literally asked Spirit Guides and the I AM if I was on the right track or is this blasphemous. And my guidance is this video as you were saying as I paused to comment. Thank you so very much for delivering my confirmation and blessings to you Sir!
Seems my comment will be the 111th comment. Numbers hold a special importance in my life. To those who think it's just pattern recognition, I didn't know about numerology when it started. It wasn't explained to me. I saw it in license plates, time, even passing cars in my vicinity with their windows down and radios playing with meaningful phrases at exactly 3:33. That last instance in particular is when I went through a bad breakup and was sitting on my front porch watching them drive away.. Patrice Rushen - Feels So Real "Does it seem that Love is just a dream? Give it up," exactly at 3:33. I heard that and got chills, felt like I got slapped across the face lol it was a wake up call for sure! Those instances of multi-layer synchronicities really throw me for a loop because it's like a cutscene in a video game or something out of a movie, hard to describe but it's meant to tell you something about yourself or some thought pattern you keep having.
When I first started seeking out guidance from the Divine Source it came through with such purity and love. I'd have dreams of being underneath a tree, talking to it and receiving wisdom from it. Other times I'd dream of a crystal blue lake with beautiful shining colors within it, inviting me to drink from its waters and swim in it. I would start crying in the dreams and wake up in real life crying because of the beauty of hearing a symphony unlike anything an orchestra made by humans could ever produce. On one particular occasion, I found myself talking to the Divine Source while crying and I was driving up a mountain and a white dove flew above my car and I looked at it then it spread its wings out while looking at me in such a wonderous manner - like "I got you, there's nothing to fear, no matter what, I got you." When you truly know that the Divine Source wants to guide you and all you need to do is get out of your own way, that's a beautiful moment. You're never truly alone. I hope this message resonates with some people here - sending you all love and light from the Divine Source. 3:30 AM.
I got this weird rash on my leg. I paused as I was wishing it to heal, and my perceptions were showing me how the rash appeared; the underlining causes and conditions, the multiple factors that contributed to its existence. With that knowledge I now knew what to and what not to do, not just to prevent it from spreading, but through this i knew what kind of rash it was, and therefor what to do to illuminate it. In this way my “guides” revealed themselves via my intention for the rash to heal, and then they showed me everything I needed to know about it and how to stop it through my perceptions. These perceptions arose as disjointed memories of the causes and conditions which had contributed to it, bread crumbing me to connect the dots about it. When I connected the dots a light bulb when on and I knew what it was, how it arose, and how to stop it. Now the rash is healing.
OMG this is amazing. The other night I was sitting on my bed feeling very frustrated that I was not reaching any help from guides. I decided to write down my frustration in a journal. I sat in silence and then thought oh this is hopeless. I closed the book shut and looked over at my clock and I swear the clock was showing 11:11. I felt instantly something odd was happening. I then decided to research those numbers and along with your video I feel encouraged that I am being heard. Thank you for this video as you said I was guided here and it has given me extra encouragement,

I little bit more dark of a story (with a light at the end), but I was in a rather unhealthy relationship just over a year ago. On Christmas Eve, after a particularly bad argument, I no longer wanted to exist. I felt lost and hopeless, and just didn’t want to be here anymore. I was laying on my bed in a dark room sobbing, and begged for guidance or a sign to stick around. When none came, I started googling ways to go that were painless. Not sure what I was expecting…maybe a bright light or something? For the ceiling to open and God himself to appear? 😂 Seems silly now, but at the time I was that desperate.
While I was googling, my ex-partner’s niece (the one I was in the unhealthy relationship with at the time) messaged me. She had never done so before, nor since. We weren’t that close. Her messaged simply asked if I was okay. I sat there absolutely stunned. We were supposed to see them that evening, but had cancelled due to “not feeling well.” Clearly she had a feeling there was more to it and reached out at that exact moment that I needed to hear from someone. I never told her this story and never will since she was a minor at the time and it’s a lot to put onto anyone, but that message she sent where she showed me care and compassion quite literally saved my life.
In that moment, I knew I was divinely guided and protected…even from harming myself. Certainly doesn’t mean all my problems suddenly disappeared, but it’s been the comfort I’ve needed to get through some very tough and lonely times since. Also, certainly not trying to suggest I’m more special than anyone else, especially those who have harmed themselves in any way. Not meant to shame anyone else, just that was my personal feeling around it. In that moment, the self-love/worth I’d been searching for my entire life became very apparent to me. Like I was never, ever again going to allow anyone else to take me to such a dark place. Again, doesn’t mean I was perfect at it right away and probably never will be due to the nature of my traumas, but that sense of self-love has never left me and I’m much better at standing up for myself now.
When I have dark moments since, I can work through it more quickly and it doesn’t take hold the way that it used to. I can stay more objective to it that “this too shall pass” and is temporary. The sun will rise again tomorrow. This experience also really helped me open up to the concept of death and really helped me to come to peace with my own mortality. It was a gift in so many ways, but it took getting to that cliff to receive the reward. Not easy, and not for the faint of heart, that’s for sure. Developing healthy coping strategies is a much better approach, in my opinion. Being in the dark can help us to see the light, but I’ve learned that it’s not necessary at all. Hence why it’s so very important to stay grounded. One foot in the 3D (our lived reality) at all times, since it’s the place we are right now to experience the things we are here to experience. Once we have that footing, then we can explore the 5D and beyond (the spiritual realms).
I left my ex about 6 months later, and have been rebuilding my life ever since, and have basically lost everything in the process. My business, most of my material possessions, any relationship that I’ve ever had including with my family (had to go no contact to protect my mental health for various reasons). It hasn’t been easy but what keeps me going is getting to a much better place (make and see progress little by little every day) and being able to help people the way she, unknowingly, helped me.
We can all do that every single day by just being kind to ourselves and others. Guidance, I’ve found, doesn’t usually come in the ways that we expect, and that’s the best part in my opinion. Magic is real and we’re all magicians. We can create whatever we wish to create and access our magic (energy, power, etc) whenever we want, we just have to choose to do so and get out of our own way. And also allow whatever needs to fall away to do so in order to bring in what actually resonates with our highest good and that of the collective. 🪄
I practice daily mantras and prayer I always let go of control and ask my guides to help me and protect me during the day. I always get signs 11:11 or ringing in my ears. After the day is over I always thank the guides.
Apparently, I have been "moving in the right direction" for years now...would love to actually get there!!

I’m listening to this at work and it really got my heart. I can relate with alot of the messages and I typically do. I’ve been in recovery for about 4 years (August 11 will mark the 4). I’ve been working on my nicotine addiction as well. I’m a cross addict so I can get addicted to anything that makes me feel good and it’s been hard for me to do things that makes me feel good, like good habits. So I fight every day to get to the woman I know I can be and deserve to be for myself. No one talks much about that struggle after you become sober. It’s rewarding to not be in that state of mind anymore and more clear headed on my journey of spirituality and self discovery. I’m so thankful for this channel I listen to religiously. It’s helped this Pisces get thru a lot the last year and I’m ever so grateful for you all!!! Thank you for listening to my ramble! ❤
I'm aware that I've been channeling for quite some time now, closer to abt 10 years...Been a therapist for 30 years, and what I thought to be my own intuition was actually words, phrases and images given by my Spirit team 😊
In a meditation about four years ago when I was wanting to experience more gratitude, I said Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, and suddenly I was connected with spirit. Now I just ask about anything that I can get a yes or no answer.
Sometimes I don't ask when I don't want to know the answer, like when I really want something on Amazon. 😂😂😂
I also randomly, feel so happy and joyful for few seconds for no reason, I mean out of the blue

Yes, yes, yes and yes! I agree with all of these things and other tools that people may use like tarot or oracle decks, whose purpose for me is affirmation not prognostication.

I always see 11 when on a path that I'm questioning and I know thats my sign to keep doing what I'm doing. I always Thank the universe for the sign too... 🙏🏼 ❤
Finally .. I’m glad you mentioned the advice about hearing from guides. We are all so different. For example, I would be really frightened if I heard a straight up voice … bc I have a previous career as a psychiatric clinician with folks who have very severe psychosis. So although I am keenly aware that those who hear spirit are almost never psychotic, I would immediately freak out and run to the hospital thinking I’m psychotic 😅half kidding but we all do have different comfort zones and I think spirit is fully aware that I don’t want to pick up on voices in my perception. I am very visual and that is how I realized I was getting a bit of guidance. B
At the very least the spiritual realm should have a book for us to understand how they will communicate. I woke up one night and something/someone was writing in bluish/white light letters (on my ceiling) that was not apart of English language. I remember being upset that they didn't realize I only read in English. The best I could discern is it was old Sandskrit letters. To this day I have not one clue why that was meant for me. These type of events always occur around 3 am for me.

Songs, when I become aware that there's a song in my head I can't get out of my mind I take a moment and think about what it's saying what the song is about or what it meant to me when I first heard it long ago and how it relates today. I'm usually astounded at the relevance. Watch for it, you don't even think about it. It's just there!
I’m starting to get more moments like that. One day while I was trying on dresses for my graduation, I felt stressed about picking out the right dress for myself and feeling comfortable in my skin. I randomly remembered a cover Ryan Reynolds and Will Farrell did of Grace Kelly that later became a viral harmony challenge on TikTok. I thought it was funny until I got to the dressing room; I arrived before the doors and the original version by MIKA was playing on the overhead speakers! I couldn’t help but laugh because I knew the universe was telling me to stop worrying.
Sure enough, I got my dress that day with a significant discount. When I looked up the meaning of the song later over lunch, my mind was blown because it was perfect for what I was feeling. I’ve heard the song for years but I didn’t know what message it was until that day!
We have 24h time. Seeing or watching the time,it’s either 14:14 or 14:41. Or 15:15/15:51. They are the common ones. 9s also in different order- 9:11,9:19,19:19. I’m lifepath 9.
When I was pregnant for my son, I would wake up at exactly the same time every night. I still remember this almost 20yrs later
I'm fortunately seeing an abundance of signs, which I'm truly grateful for, this has been 2 seperate cars with 111 on the number plate, 888 & 444 on telephone numbers on vans parking right outside my flat. There is also a number of ways I think of The Divine, Divine mother, My Angels & Divine spirit guides only because Im grateful for all of their help but also I'm scared of offending all of those who's helped me along my path 😊❤🧘♂️🙏😇❤️

Hello Ben! Connecting with my Spirit Guide/s has been on my mind lately. Today I was in the shower and I remember saying to myself that I really want to be able to communicate with my Spirit Guide and while sitting at a coffeehouse, I opened up RUclips and your video was right there! I was amazed and so happy to watch your video! Thank you and my Guide for this wonderful synchronicity! ❤
I found that you can establish a means of communication with them too. I was once in a very stressful situation, feeling really lost an alone. A bird starting singing at my window at just after 2am. I thought to myself that it must be from spirit, showing they are there. After that, I found feathers in really unlikely places, especially when I needed reassurance. I also kept on getting bitten by spiders on or around my right temple. I did some research and found that I still have lots of anger towards men. (spider bite = anger + right side of body = masculine). After figuring this out, they stopped biting me.
I feel the energy’s of my guilds. I keep a log of how each one feels when I connect to them. It tingles on different parts of my head and heart chakra.

Numbers and intuitive nudges have been the most common for me. I see about a dozen angel numbers everyday on my walks.
I have been getting messages with music. There will be songs with themes that are relevant to what im going through. Seems a bit mundane, but sometimes the artists will ones that i havent listened to in years. I'll also see flashes of lights with certain thoughts.

I have seen combinations like the time were it may be something like 2:22 all the time, 3:33 then 4:44 and even 2:22 on the 22nd or something, crazy combos that really get my attention, because i really do pay attention. What may differ from me and most people is that i really do focus on using the law of attraction, i was taught by masters, i won't get into a lot of depth because this isn't about ego, i just really know it very well and those things which associate with it.
Whoa! As soon as he mentioned 111, I looked at my pc clock. It was 1:11.
The delicious monster plant is a sign in my personal library of symbols between my recently deceased wife and myself...
I was led by instinct to click on your video, because I want to communicate with her and my guides. My core is vibrating now in resonance. Thanks for being so generous in sharing this
the guidance is not usually direct, because we need to learn to trust the universe fully first. if we will get all the answers right away straightforwardly we wouldnt feel the need to practice faith. but faith and trust are core (!!!) ingredients to everything: for magic, for learning, for living through pain. we need the reason and here it is

The synchronicities and coincidences happen for me, but what I like the most is clairalience (clear smelling) of flowers….sometimes it’s roses or gardenias, it can be peonies. I have had this since early childhood. This has always been of great comfort for me!!!
I kid you not, my spirit guide told me to watch this video. You'd be surprised at how I was told.
Dreams are a way that i receive information
Right after you mentioned that everyone has different experiences through sensations. I write it down as a note, looked up and sitting on a tree branch right outside of my window were two female cardinals. Cardinals in my family have a good spiritual meaning of a loved one who is deceased or a spiritual guide. I absolutely love it lol
Hello Ben, I have just come across your videos, how clear and encouraging they are. I am 60 years old and have had the gift of energy healing naturally since birth. My guides tell me I am from the highest realm of angels and I am very powerful, my reaction was one of disbelief but I have learnt over time that they are truthful in what they say. My job on Earth is to bring healing in a calm and natural way, so that is what I do. No bells and whistles style ,like human taught reiki for me, apparently the energy flows out of me 24 hrs a day so I have to take care of myself. I can’t have massages or beauty treatments as the practitioners have to stop because they feel sleepy and calm. I have been sending energy all over the world and have healed cancer and flesh eating diseases when hospitals have not been able to do so, and they have marvelled at the speed of healing. The energy teaches the body how to heal itself without drugs or potions so that is a positive thing and anyone who I pass in the street gets a dose without me even sending it. I heal animals too and it is amazing how they just know I am helping them to feel better.
We are all here to make a difference so keep up the good work x

It’s actually quite unbelievable and mind blowing on how accurate this is for me. This is in alignment with how I believe, interact, meditate, and with even the numerology.
I call this source the Divine as well. I ask to be an instrument daily. I love to hear that I’m not alone with that! In regard to 1,11,111,1111 and the number 7 have tremendous importance to me. They always have. My birthday is 7/11. I live in the state of Pennsylvania in the U.S right now in a town called Lock Haven. The exit number off the highway is 111. 11:11 is always around.

There's a song you may know,SEND IN THE CLOWNS, that I've loved since it was written in 1973. For decades, it was always my Answer that things would go well...on the Muzak before an important interview, on the radio when I was down or confused, in the car on the way to whatever. In the last decade or so, its become feathers: when I first walked into my current home, there was a white feather in the middle of the rug.
I'm not sure they are spirit guides? but since 2014 I see Orbs literally everywhere with my eyes 24/7 and experience the "knowing" I also have simple sign language with them and talk to them everyday, always struggled to meditate but will give your course a go!
Exactly, I look for all these synchronicities and messages as well as receiving guidance through Claircognisance. When you open yourself up, magic happens 🥰
A psychic in California I use periodically informed me during a reading years ago that the 313 (my birthday and my area code) I repeatedly see in various forms comes from my mother. In the same reading he informed me of the name of my spirit guide who is my connection to the spirit realm. My late partner was aware of the double-digit sign from my mother, and immediately after his crossing I began frequently seeing double-digit numbers (particularly randomly on the clock), like 4:55 or 8:44 and was informed in a subsequent psychic reading that those numbers come from my partner. So, when a week ago I asked my spirit guide to begin informing me of his presence in my life, I chose triple numbers. Within two days the number 111 appeared to me, and now I am regularly seeing triple and even quadruple numbers (yes, including 11:11.) Today in a meditation I asked my guide to further inform me that I am on the path to deeper connection with him, and quite randomly--and amazingly--this video appeared in my RUclips feed. Some guidance appear as loud thoughts or louder than normal thought. I was desperate when my husband had started losing his memory and couldnt remember the code for Ipad and had been locked out for 15hrs. I was getting into bed and asked for help. I got as clear as, 0120. Zero one twenty. It repeated several times until I thought, oh shite, thats the code for the Ipad. I had to wait until the fifteen hrs was up before I could open it. Ben You have just clarified so much for me in this video. All my life I have found the numbers 369 have followed me and the sensations of 'knowing' when my guide is helping me. There are times when I have ignored the 'knowing' sensation and it has proved to be correct. This has taught me to listen carefully to what I feel. If I tell people of my 'knowing' they call me strange but you have clarified that I am quite normal, it brought a tear to my eye. Thank you Ben.
I've noticed that lately, all the questions I've wondered or had in my head recently...have been strangely answered in different in direct ways. And the reason I believe it is the universe or my guides or God communicating with me is because I immediately get this feeling of confirmation.
It's like I'm justifying or trying to fit a square where a circle goes. But it's a faint knowing kinda like intuition.
Shit! It started with 1234… twice a day. Every single day. I had to look up what it meant. Then after starting my coachings with the premier Wagnerian coach in America who plays all of the Wagner auditions at The Metropolitan Opera, 1111. Now we’ve been seeing a combo of 4444, 1111, 111, 222, all on clocks, license plates, addresses, etc. the coolest bit was when I was extremely concerned about a medication I was supposed to go on. I was chatting with my mom about it, fretting about it. I looked at the time… 4:44. This voice entered my head “why are you worried about what you have no control over? Dude… I have heard my dad speak to me since he passed 12 years ago.
So I did something special this spring. When I realized that my spirit guides may be my late father and my late brother, I decided to take myself to a NASCAR race at Dover Motor Speedway in Delaware. All of my friends were busy that day, so it was just me. But when those 40 cars started racing around that track and that vibrational energy was in full force, being the Stock Car Racing fans they were, I felt their presence.
We’ve got another 6-12 months of coaching for my professional development as a Wagnerian Opera Singer (a True Heldentenor), but I’ve also been quite successful in shedding a lot of the noise of the Christian life and embracing my ancestor’s Vikingr past, albeit without all the hate and antisemitism that most folks associate with it today. Being neurodivergent has been a blessing in challenging the status quo for me.

I see the number 144 in different iterations and from many different sources. I see 1144, 441, 144 not only from a clock but it’s my prescription number, it was written on the side of a box, the list goes on and on. I also see 1111, 222, 333, 444. I see any of these numbers every day! I smile because I know the divine is communicating with me. I pay attention to what I’m doing when I see the numbers for guidance. It's still a sign for you. Seems like your guides are telling you to learn how to slow down and listen to them.
My spiritual guidance was first in the form of numbers and once I recognized this, it was everywhere...typically 22 . 2's were in everything. Over the years, it changed to movies or conversations I might have about something unrelated; the numbers were there too. Now, it is one of knowing like you said. As I ask myself the question, the answer is being given to me at the same time. I just know..It's different than a thought, this happens while I am asking the question simultaneously with the answer. Often times a validation will show confirming it. These experiences are part of my existence, I can't think of how life was without it. We spend this lifetime remembering who we truly are.

I opened up RUclips and your video showed up at the top and I saw that the first 3 numbers of the video duration are 123. so I watched the video and this is definitely something spirit was trying to communicate to me. Hey Ben! You're speaking the honest truth man. Back in 2015 or 2016 when I was first introduced to the vast nature of spirituality (the more ethereal universal type of spirituality and not religion) I stumbled upon a talk show on my mom's TV and the subject of the conversation was angles and how to communicate with them. That was the moment I got introduced to angel numbers, signs and synchronicities. I was very moved and decided to ask my angels/guides to show me a numerical sign (yes I was very specific with my request) as sort of a confirmation of their presence in my life. Guess what.. next morning I woke up, I pick up my phone and boom.. 11:11 AM. To say I was full of joy is an understatement. I still continue to communicate with the universe in this way and I've been able to learn all sorts of other different ways to receive divine guidance. I'd add metaphorical dreams and their interpretation to your board as it's one of the clearest ways of communication in my honest opinion since your rational mind is at rest and doesn't interfere. Hi Ben, new subscriber here, I like your clear and concise presentation. This video reached me at the right time this week, I was having some stressful issues with a family member yesterday which I knew had to be resolved on the phone, last night I asked my spirit guides to help, this morning that family member called me at 11:11, and we managed to resolve it! ❤
I have always seen lights behind my eye lids even 40 years before I had any awareness of spiritual matters.
Since I have been aware of these things I have seen owls on an almost daily basis.s, I've taken them as being indicative of the presence of my guides.
I one hundred percent agree with numbers being a sign, but now what do I do with it?
For me it’s 111, 222, 333, 444, 555, 777, 10:06, 10:10, 11:11 10:12, 12:12 all day, everyday. When I see it, I say “thank you” because I’m unsure of what else to do with it.
Also, I have jars of feathers I’ve collected over time that I find in my path when out walking.
Music and certain songs that remind me of specific people who have past.
More recently, if I have a specific question, I sit quietly and reflect on the question and I see in my head a black board with either “Yes” or “No” in white letters.

I wanted to watch some positive videos and clicked on your channel and saw this video now. then it made me remember, not too long ago, I thought I struggled to meditate and was a little sad about it and asked my guides for help or a sign on what to do. then few days later I came across your video about the different stages of meditation and was like "AHA! One time when I was meditating I felt energy buzzing in my ears both sides and then I felt a presence of two beings on either side I felt them, at the same time I could hear like a digital sound like when u connect to the internet sometimes on a computer u get that weird digital sound I heard this very clearly.
I realised I was having some kind of spiritual connection and I asked if the energy could be toned down as it was so strong in the end my entire head was buzzing with this energy and it was hard to take, what ever was with me tinned down the energy for me and I could handle it better.
I couldn't sleep that night but OMG what a wonderful sensation and experience I had.
I loved every second. I haven't had it again since though...
How can I achieve this again????

It is an energy that gets released during meditation once certain subtle energy channels come into more balance. It’s a good sign and often happens with people who are on a spiritual path!

I've been thinking about my spirit guides, watching videos and asking them for help. Then this video shows up on my feed ❤
Interesting enough was browsing around through other videos and reading comments and such from other types of videos that were not exactly related to this topic but definitely spiritually inclined. And I don’t really search for signs of any sort at least consciously and I was browsing through these comments and and I happened to come across 1:11 someone said that they had woken up at this hour that the Angels were communicating to them my angel number is 88 and it’s been haunting me just about every where. So my spiritual guides or whatever these higher entities are definitely speak to me through numbers and words and with nature, especially with birds. Today I had sat in my backyard, talking out loud asking a question. I forgot specifically I asked, but basically I had said that in response to my question, if they could respond with a bird flying as a yes, I would be grateful for it. Next thing I know a hummingbird flew out of the tree and start flying to another treeat that very moment when I asked. So I pay attention to my own spirit guides very much so.
I have such a lovely connection with my guides. Sometimes i do cermonies where i do offerings such as flowers, oils, incense or herbs. After i completed these i literally get like a burst of love as a thank you which makes me so happy.
About 2 years ago when i had a difficult time i saw 333/33 25 times a day. That experience made me to go through with a tough decision that lead me to grow so so much.
Usually i see 333/33 5 times a day minimum. Its just so wonderful to have them there knowing they want my truest best. I love them.

Books have been a way to receive an answer to a question for me. Enough that I took notice of it years ago. Sometimes I'll ask a question in my mind then I get an answer as a knowing. But like you say you do have to be open and not think.

I also experience physical sensations, numbers, and that 'knowing' at times, it's different and special to the feeling of WANTING to know, if that makes sense.....sometimes I want something so badly that I like to impose that 'knowing' to maybe trick myself into believing it'll happen, but the actual 'knowing' is this inimitable feeling, a peaceful, deep confirmation, subtle and impossibly strong
18:56. I use military time and see double digits ALL the time. I tend to believe 11:11 is my loved ones telling me they’re with me. Other double digits I believe are Spirit saying hello.
When I see 12:34 I feel that is telling me I’m on the correct path.

Every time I passively look at the clock I see triple digits ever since I started meditating. It’s actually what led me to start meditating because a woman I was talking to at the time told me she got a download that my ancestors had been trying to speak to me through those numbers.
