How long is the leather belt loop?
Leather belt loop? I am not understanding the question. The electrical tape loop is about 9" long and the hole that you can push a belt through is about 2" and there are no other loops. If I didn't answer the question, please clarify.
Does it have a solid base? Seems like it would just tip over.
It isn't flat or made of plastic but it is balance enough that it does stand on its own. Even when you remove items the pouch stays upright.
