- Drying: Black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) are an excellent source of sustainable protein for aquaculture, animal feed, pet and human nutrition. To store the BSF larvae for long-term the larvae must be dried (use as a treat or feed). Frass is the left-over product from growing black soldier fly larvae (BSFL), including larvae waste, exoskeleton sheds and remaining feed ingredients. This all-natural fertilizer.
