      @@jessesmithchannel depends on the local market where you're at...maybe find a comparable in the neighborhood and then negotiate for $20K below given these structural problems. You have great skills so you're the guy to fix this kind of problem. Most people wouldn't crawl under their homes. This messy home can look great once cleaned up, and you're they guy who can do this repair. Always enjoy your videos because I'm working on a fixer upper too in Niagara Falls (1930s house).
