    I know its not quite the same as a fast, but i was listening to Kurt Havens and AJ Sims recent series on contest prep and they said some things that really gave me a better outlook on being hungry while dieting. Its been super helpful for being okay with that feeling

    It’s odd how much simply not eating relies on momentum…I did a 36 dry fast for the first time in a similar manner I got about half way through the day without drinking anything and was like hey I haven’t passed out or turned into a big muscle cramp yet let’s see what the hype is about lol

      Oh absolutely - By the time I woke up this morning I was like “hey I could totally keep going at this”, which I never would have expected.
