There's nothing like, putting your kayak away, in her warm parking spot for the winter. As much as we all hate too. But love, adding new accessories, ideas, your own DIY Mods. I remember installing m Bixpyv J2 motor. With my boat having the big toe contro,l drop down rudder. I was extremely scared cutting up my factory rudder with the template. But all came out perfect. Wouldn't trade my 120 Pdl for anythiyng. Flats boat, you can keep it. Not getting in 6" of water. Lol 🙏 🎣 Great install, beautiful vessel..

Nice video! Congrats on becoming an ambassador and getting free stuff! Just purchased a Vibe Sea Ghost recently and may be looking into Bixpy when bonus comes in lol. Other than price, I've heard tons of good things about them.

TJ, pros and cons on putting the motors at the rear vs in the mirage drive opening? Which do you prefer?

I just bought some plastic spray paint from Lowe’s. Just make sure you scuff it up really good first. 🤙🏼

Is there any info regarding the depth the motor sits in the water. On the rudder adapter that they offer it tells u to determine your water level and then mount the rudder adapter 3 inches below that. In your video(excellent job as always) it wasn’t clear if u could adjust the pole length if needed. If u can’t how far doesn’t the motor sit below the kayak.

Great question! I’m not sure the exact death below the top of the water that it should be but this thing is very adjustable. Just like a trolling motor, it has a little collar on the shaft just above and below the mount. You just loosen them and slide the shaft up and down. Thanks for watching 🤙🏼🎣

Do you think it would be possible to power a Bixpy with a Nocqua battery?
