Wow,wow!! You’re essay must have been incredible as test optional would put more weight on them!

Wow! Congratulations on your acceptances. You're obviously very smart but, I wonder why you didn't apply to other ivy league schools and top institutions like MIT and Stanford. I think you could stand a chance. You merely got a rejection.

Thank you so much! So I didn't apply to MIT because they are test-required and I didn't think I would be a good fit for the environment. And then truthfully why I didn't apply to Stanford or other Ivy League schools, I just didn't believe in myself. Originally the only Ivy I was going to apply to was UPenn because of Wharton, but then one of my best friends convinced me to do two more...I have no reason for it but I decided to do Yale and Dartmouth. Looking back, I really wish I had believed in myself more because I probably would have applied to a lot more top-notch schools.
Now I want to hear the Northwestern interview story. :-)

how did you get an amazon 2x best seller? That's so amazing! I'm a teen indie writer and kdp self publisher and I would really love to learn how you did it
First of all, I want to say that this is so exciting!! I love meeting fellow writers so I’m excited to answer any questions about the writing process. My process of getting my best seller was unique. My book being as niche as it was, ended up in a very non-competitive category on Amazon. Therefore, by simply outdoing the other books in its category it reached this mark.
What would I recommend doing…a) finding a niche genre your book can be put into. You shouldn’t write just to make it niche, if that’s not what is inspiring you. But, if it can make its way into a unique category, it definitely boosts your chances…b) try and market it your book ANY possible way. I mostly did mine through my personal social media and working with organizations who would be interested in the messaging my books promote. This way they can share your book with audiences besides your friends list on Snapchat or followers on instagram. Let me know if I can answer anymore questions!!
