It's not like formal letters where your accepted but the admission office was extremely impressed with you. Getting two from the top colleges in the country if not the world shows he had incredible rigorous courses and strong extracurriculars.

Try to do as much homework as possible at school and do activities that you genuinely like and have a passion for. When you get home, organize all your work and studying with a to do list and calendar and do your work in the order of what’s most urgent or important. Also, when you have a test, note it in your calendar and try to study daily for the test. Balancing is all about prioritization!

Yo dude! I am so happy for you. There's one thing I wanna ask though. So basically I haven't gone for my freshman and sophomore years due to personal problems. And I haven't even really done school properly since I also skipped 7th and 8th grade fully with no homeschooling. I did do hs homeschooling for freshman and sophomore year but It didn't really work out. I got a bunch of B's and C's in 9th and so far I have 3 B's in my first semester in 10th. So my current situation at the moment is me having really bad grades, no EC's, and no volunteer hours. This might sound like a dumb question but is there still any chance of me getting into an Ivy League school. Be completely honest lol. I just wanna know the truth. Thank you! ❤🔥
Still for sure a chance! Get grades up over the next 2 years, do REALLY well on the SAT (1540+), pursue ecs that you actually enjoy, and write good essays. But at the same time, don't count on the ivy league for sure. I'd apply to a good number of safeties and targets

I think it was a combination of 2 things! 1: My strong academics definitely helped me stand out in my school. 2: My extracurriculars were unique and I was very passionate and genuine about them (and I wrote well about them)

Of course, I'm working on a video shortly! For extracurriculars, my honest advice is to just try out anything you might find interesting or cool. Don't try to do ecs just for college applications but instead for personal enjoyment and fulfillment.
