Thank you for your review. I just bought these nicelooking headphones for 250 bucks 😃 Its interesting what you say about the sony custmer sevice. I probably made the correct choice.

Hi, how is the bass of NC700 compared to QC35ii? Also has EQ helped NC700 with regards to bass at high vol? And better base than QC35ii?
QC35 II doesn’t have EQ control. Therefore NC700’s bass sounds better. However, I like the bass on both of them. They do sound good at high volume. However, Bose pause the download for the EQ control update, due to the flashing red and white light issue I mentioned in the video, they think the update is the cause of the problem. The overall sound quality of Bose sounds better than Sony even without the EQ. I love the headphones.

Mithun You will have no regards. It sounds wonderful and the touch control is the best thing, even better than the Sony too (more precise).
Mithun That’s correct. You can’t download the EQ control update for right now. But I am sure they will bring it back soon.

I have heard several times that Sony has bad customer service.

The coating that they put on these headphones has to be the biggest flaw! My 700’s are a bit yellow looking and the coatings peeling off on certain areas and I think it’s ridiculous that they even put the coating on these in the first place. But at the same time I love them!
Sorry to hear about your issues. I didn't realize the yellowing issue, but I did have some very small wear and tear on the pair I returned.
