When I had mine I caught dumpings from the juice its been 10 years I still can't drink juices, milk or mayo but it has been the best decision I have made for my health

Myself being very obese have often contemplated having this or the sleeve done and your videos are really so informative and helpful to me in deciding if this is the route I want to take. I tried doing it on my own and was able to lose 100 lbs with Keto but then Covid happened and I derailed. Eventually almost everything I lost came back. Trying to get back on track now and you are definitely motivating me more than you know. Good Morning Im watching your videos taking notes. I'm really not prepared. I'm having my surgery 10/17. I was suppose to have my surgery a couple of months ago but they cancelled not because of me. I thank you for your HONESTY about it all. Thank you
I had my RNY last year. After a while I hated drinking the protein shakes. Then a friend had me try Fairlife protein shakes. They don't have that typical protein flavor. The chocolate just tastes like chocolate milk. It's the only brand I'll drink. I fully recommend them.
Heyy Ty..Keep it up!! I’m 4 weeks post op and it’s not easy as time goes by smh but it’s a blessing and a wonderful thing once you see how fast you’ll lose and the inches as well..you’ll be at a stall with weight lost but those inches will still be coming off..good luck boo 💕
Sweetie God Got You. Don't forget to buy some Tums with calcium. Gatorade is a must. High Protein Drink (Premier) with low sugar - I like the vanilla flavor 😋 the peach is lurky. Don't forget a high fiber for a colon cleanse
Hopefully everything going great 👍🏼 I’m doing pretty good but having a stall .. in 2 weeks I don’t know what going on I had my surgery on August 3,2021.. but everything ok I’m walking and drinking 64 ounces 60 gram of protein.. But! I don’t understand.. I’m still stall … but hopefully 🙏🏽 it will go away.. but stay safe and keep doing what you supposed to…

My pre Op diet is 6 months-1 year minimum before the surgery. You're lucky you only had to wait 20 days.
