Easy mode in any rogue spec is in three buttons: combo point generating attacks, combo point spenders, and cooldowns. You can add a couple extra buttons for specific mobility and pvp abilities that can't be macroed due to specific situation they are used for.
I'm honestly not sure. If I were to guess, it's probably something inside of ElvUI. But I'm sure there's an addon out there that'll show spell ID's in the tooltip.

Hey bud, you need to have RtB/AR either both out of combat or in combat, inclusively. If not, you’re going to RtB twice on every first pull
