Binged a ton of your vids! They are by far the best explanation of ConsolePort (which I’ve tried to use for years)! Could you do a follow up on combat targeting? Fast focus targeting for my kick macros has been confusing. Use a dedicated mouse button normally to assign a focus adhoc.
Do you happen to struggle with Zone Abilities? I am using the Dual Sense controller and the ExtraActionButton works just fine (L3) like using special quest abilities etc. etc. But zone abilities never seem to bind, like ever. For example in Azh Kahat if you form a pact with the General and get access to the bombardment ability that only works in Azh Kahat I can't for the life of me bind that to anything. Thoughts? And as an aside, does ConsolPort have a PetBar that you have to activate perchance?
Have watched lot of your videos. Thanks for all the help with Console Port. I have been setting up GSE on the Asus Rog Ally over the last few days. It kind of emulates the Xbox controller. It has two back buttons (M1-M2) that you can up for your GSE buttons. Assuming you could do this with an Xbox elite controller as well if you wanted to invest in that. I would love if you did dedicated videos for each addon you use, and how you set them up. ;-)
When I bind the controller as shown at 17:30, no shift, ctrl, alt (I'm assuming), I lose my skyriding. If I bind skyriding, I lose the binding shown on your screen. Also, your console port link no longer seems to provide importable text. When I go to import, I don't get the option to accept the text.
There's no toggle option in ConsolePort. The only way I can think of that you could do this is through some 3rd party button mapper. A lot of them, like Steam for example, allow toggling options.
Yeah Kephas i already seen another video & already used your UI.The only thin i wanna complain about is player frame & traget fame are alittle bit too far from screen. I mean they both left and right conrner of screen.But hey i want you to know that i have my arm & wrist issue when i was a kid i had my car accident😢So i can't use mouse for a long time like others.But anyway thanks for your video and UI.Much appreciated❤
Personally, I don't. I press the button manually. But if you were to do it with a controller, you would need to either have a controller that has rapid fire built in or use some kind of 3rd party software to do it.
been trying to figure out how to get skyriding on controller, Im using consoleport, but cant seem to get skyriding to work cause my keybinds are already set to my skills...
No, I still think the DS is much better overall. It has more features and more buttons. I was having some technical difficulties with mine and had to switch back to xbox. But the layout would be more or less the same regardless.
@The_Kephas reticle targeting. I've seen you play a shamy, if I remember correctly, and was curious how you handle totem or basically any recticle targeting? My approach so far is: set up mouseover macro and using the touchpad to move the cursor before selecting the spell. However, in a PvP environment this is way too slow.
Consoleport has an option to allow the right stick to control the reticle when it's activated. So you can move the reticle around using the right stick and place it where you want it. After a bit of practice, I feel pretty comfortable with it.

I think I might have figured out the skyriding thing. It looks like maybe you bind actionbar 1 skyriding to a pad with a modifier
How do you use the auction house without being able to use the 'console port keyboard' cause it just refuses to show up, or any 'numpad' ?
I use a keyboard.

@The_Kephas your consoleport imort string above doesn't include your KephUI Bar layout. When I import it it's still your previous profile
Sorry about that. I updated the link and it should work now. I used the link to import into Classic and it was the right one.

in action panels section of the addon you can find skyriding action panel, where you can bind skyriding abilities to buttons without overwriting it
