Awesome video with both excellent teaching and exhibition of the art- you are a barefooted artisan at the jetty for sure! Thx for publishing this

This is the first time I've seen one of your videos. Good info. I have an area near me that carries current with speed like that. It is very rocky so if you use enough weight to hold the bottom you almost always hand up. I'll try your split shot technique next time I'm there.

Great video and great info but you should really invest into an external camera microphone with a good wind sock very hard to understand what you're saying

I have yet to be able to find one that is not attached to the camera.

@@flipnfins302 Most cameras have a 3.5mm cable jack you can run cable to a lapel mic or if willing to spend some more money can also for a short range Bluetooth transmitter for wireless capability plugs right into that jack (battery operated) if that camera doesn't have the plug id replace the camera

Where did you place the split shot by the bait or how many inches away from the bait?

It’s a three foot leader, behind the leader, swivel.

@@flipnfins302 going to Delaware seashore campground in august, looking forward to trying your technique. Just to recap- a 3 ft leader, 2 split shots above the swivel and 3 sand fleas on a #5 circle hook is this correct?
