Not sure where you live, but you can check HMART or Food Bazaar. You can also find them at local Japanese stores that sell sushi grade fish. But if you can’t find it, it is still delicious without it!!!

Haha my roommates definitely love to eat it!! And yes you can eat right away, everything in there is already cooked and to be honest, sometimes I prefer the cold version!
@@BPHAM I couldn't get sushi grade salmon this time so I went without it. And I didn't bake it either because once I finished preparing the rice and the crab, I was too excited to try it, I couldn't wait another 10 minutes to bake it. 😅 But I did boil some edamame and made a miso soup while the rice was cooking for a more complete meal. 😊

Is iy true that if you freeze the regular salmon for 48 hours its like sashimi grade dfor using it raw???
