    Well that's great! No more mosquitoes in Lamar County, I seen them all headed south. The bad news is all the nats stopped by here to land on my new yellow paint. Ha haa! When you grow up and make it big on the tube you can be like Bad Chad and have a separate climate controlled museum for your show cars so you can have your shop back. And last but not least, you're welcome to use my EndoScope Camera anytime. Or heck, get Vevor to send you one ... would have made a great video and they would have loved you for it! Merry Christmas to ya'll.

      I hope your right about the mosquitoes lol. I need to reach out to vevor and order me one, doubt I’ll ever be bad Chad status but hey a guy can dream!! Merry Christmas to you also Bob, be safe my friend.

    I am seventy four, twisted wrenches since I could get out to the shop with my dad and since was a mechanic ever since. I have owned so many square body trucks that you would be amazed. I have owned a good many with the "Tac Dash" and brother..... wiring is totally different on where the wires lead to on the tac dash meaning if you just plug the dash in the back of the gauges from a regular dash, the tac will melt or melt all those wires in the back. You have to use the wiring as well as the tac dash to make it work right.... trust me that I do know what I am talking about as those dashes are a little hard to find

      Thank you for taking the time to share that info Mr Morgan, I did not realize the harness was that different. I will definitely do my homework and research before installing a tach dash. Be safe and have a Merry Christmas!!🎁🎄

    The way i alays dropped a distributor on a chevy was put it in with nuber one where i want it , let it engage the cam gear then spinn the engine to set oil pump rod, saves alot of headache

      @KeyesKustoms  10 месяцев назад

      Me too but I was concerned about the oil pump shaft falling into the oil pan 😬

    Now you stole my idea. I have viewed a lot of these will it start videos and have made the observation that people try chain wrenches and strap wrenches and pipe wrenches to try and pry these engines loose and the same tool you made for this application I had in mind as well. Beings I do not fool so much with these "will it run" projects it is not a priority to make such a tool but once the tool is made it will come in handy on future projects that include unsticking a Chevrolet engine of this vintage. A big mistake people make is they will modify such a tool for another application instead of building one from scratch. and of course, that disables the first application (unless there is some sort of universal tool made).🥸👍

    • @KeyesKustoms
      @KeyesKustoms  9 месяцев назад

      The tool worked better than I thought, I got the idea off the the internet. I need to build one to fit other engine applications. Thanks for watching!

      Yes sir a friend of mine worked in the hydraulic shop at a heavy equipment dealer and he made a lot of tools that were specific for his work. the only thing is that when he went on vacation he would come back and find that the other mechanics that filled in for him would butcher up some of his tools to adapt to other situations and of course he had to make new ones. Talk about urge to kill!!!!!!@@KeyesKustoms
