Catching and cooking Leerfish, Ocean Dancer, Gibraltar - uwotuk

The Leerfish is a bit of a mystery when it comes to how to cook. We caught this 12kg fish off of Gibraltar and gave some of the fillets to Catherine to use in making a Thai Curry. The results were excellent, the fish strips are firm and very meaty and worked well in a curry. We also tried with Moroccan spices in a stir fry and this worked well.
