I have a couple of 120Cs and a few (nine) and am currently looking into using Luminair, can you confirm these and most other Nanlite fixutes are in the Luminair database?
Last I checked, the Luminair database did not have these. I’ve been using a profile from the evoke 900C to control my PavoSlims. It works just fine. It’s been a while- perhaps it’s been added. You can also create your own profile.
Great first impressions breakdown, thank you! Do you find the 2x1 model to be more versatile in more situations over the 2x0.5 model? I was interested in the 2x1 but the 2x0.5 looks quite useful for certain situations, however I’d only be able to grab one at this time.
Glad you find it helpful :). Honestly, I see the 240C becoming a work horse in my van. If you can only get one PavoSlim, I’d recommend that. If you’re choosing between the 120C and the 60CL, go for the 120. I think the output would be better than being small for those rare occasions. My two cents!
I worked with the 120c last week. Pretty happy with what Nanlite is offering.
Very informative, thanks Logan! I’m gonna look into these lights more

I have the 120c. Love it because of that pop up soft box. I'm guessing the 2x2 doesn't have that same feature?
Update; guess i didn't watch long enough yet lol
Apparently that’s the only one in the line without the pop up softbox. I’ve got my eyes on that eventual 2x4’.

Thanks for this Logan!!!! 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
What about output and light quality?
This was a first look. I’m going to put em through their paces and share more detailed info.
Light quality on all these name brand lights is not even worth going over anymore, they're all more than accurate enough
