It’s also recommended to spray the sides of the window next to the mirror and the outer side with WD40 I do that every 4-6 months and never had any issues with this
I have lubricated those channels many times to try to help the issue but it’s never made much difference. I’ve ended up having to change the regulator as well, the arms were too bent it seems.

I just replaced the plastic pieces but and tested it worked 4 or 5 times, then the arm would raising the window would pop out of the hole. Is the window regulator arms suppose to be bent because now it ties window up about a little over 1/2 way and struggles to go higher.
