    I just purchased the UE55CU7100KXXU Samsung TV after m6y Hisense 4k TV broke down. I still haven't got my head around how good the image is on this TV. They weren't joking call it the Crystal UHD. I thought the image on the Hisense was good untill I saw this.

    This did nothing for my picture...just bought my 75in qled and it looks dark with the brightness at its highest...is there something wrong with my TV or is it in the settings?

    • @Fix.369
      @Fix.369  4 месяца назад +1

      vainexp3481 Bro, You've tried adjusting settings but your Samsung QLED TV still appears dark. Possible factors include ambient light, picture mode, eco settings, outdated firmware, or a hardware issue. Try addressing these factors or consulting Samsung support if problems persist. Remember, personal preferences for picture settings may vary.☺️

    • @vainexp3481
      @vainexp3481 4 месяца назад +1

      @Fix.369 I did the settings exactly the way u stated in the video...I am thinking it's the fact all my older tvs were oleds...and this one is a qled...what u think?

    • @Fix.369
      @Fix.369  4 месяца назад +1

      @vainexp3481 Bro, It's possible that the difference in technology between QLED and OLED may contribute to the perceived difference in brightness. QLED TVs use quantum dot technology and LED backlighting, which can produce vibrant colors and high brightness levels. However, OLED TVs have self-lighting pixels that can produce deep blacks and vibrant colors, but may appear dimmer in brighter rooms.
      It might take some time to adjust to the different technology and find the settings that best suit your preferences. Here are a few more tips you could try:
      1. Experiment with different picture modes, like "Dynamic" or "Standard," which tend to have higher default brightness levels.
      2. Ensure that any energy-saving features or eco settings are turned off, as these can affect brightness.
      3. Adjust the contrast and backlight settings alongside the brightness settings to find the right balance.
      If you still find the picture unsatisfactory, you may consider reaching out to Samsung support for further assistance or exploring other TV models that better match your viewing preferences.☺️
