I was just a little younger than you are now when I went to school at 28 years old. I was actually one of the younger people but I was at a community college. Once you get to school you'll find out it's really not that bad.
Just turned 35 and I have one year left in nursing school. It's an amazing profession for the kind of person who is a good match for the type of work. There are multiple people in my program in their 40s and 50s. Nursing school selects for highly intelligent, hardworking, patient people who are ADAPTABLE and calm and who can think on their feet.
