  • Dawn Morse, founder of Core Elements Training, demonstrates Functional Dry Cupping to the Glutes and wider hip area to increase range of movement whilst reducing tension.
This video utilises the Clam Exercise and a range of stretching techniques for myofascial decompression.
Clinical cupping during functional movement is a great way to reduce muscular tension, whilst increasing functional movement.
The reduction in muscle tension will help to reduce any associated pain and discomfort. Pus it will help to increase muscle function and range of movement. By reducing muscle tension there will also be an increase in localised blood flow, which will aid the overall health of the tissue.
The techniques covered within this video are some examples of one of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited day CPD course in Myofascial Dry Cupping, which is available as a face to face course in Swindon and Liverpool, or via Live Online delivery or fully Online training.

hi! i discovered your channel and videos few days ago and I am learning so much about cupping. you are a very good teacher and a very educated person. I have just one question for you, if you can answer me. where can I find the two pictures of all the muscles we have in the body (front and back part) that you used to have in the background in your older video. I would like to have them because they are very informative. Thank you so much and keep up the good contents 🥰

      Hi 👋
Great to hear that you’re enjoying the channel and that my videos have been helpful 😁.
The anatomy posters are from a company called Chartx. The ones in my older videos are actually 20 years old!! But he Cartex still produce them, they’ve just been updated slightly and now have a green boarder around them (I have these newer ones in my clinic rooms).
      The website is: www.chartexproducts.co.uk/
Hope this helps and thank you for watching our videos 🙏🏼
