Bear Tallow Brisket (As awesome as it sounds!) and a great brisket rub

Bear Tallow, Bear Oil, Bear Lard. As many names as it has, there are even more ways to use it. A friend gifted me some rendered bear fat. I am honored to receive such a gift. With such a regal ingredient, I have to make it count. I thought, "Why not use it as a binder on brisket?" Quality ingredients demand respect.
I not only use it as a binder, I also use it to pour over the brisket when I wrap it? No regerts.
