Costco Pork Loin 3 epic ways
Просмотров 3 тыс.Год назад
We’ve all been there, couldn’t turn down the great price for a 10 pound pork loin at Costco. We stick it in the freezer because we didn’t wanna deal with it, and now you have to pull it out and face the fact that you don’t know what to do with it. There are many ways to do it, thin slice it for frying, or thick slice it for crockpot, take a big section for smoking, or the whole thing. I typica...
Bear Tallow Brisket (As awesome as it sounds!) and a great brisket rub
Просмотров 186Год назад
Bear Tallow, Bear Oil, Bear Lard. As many names as it has, there are even more ways to use it. A friend gifted me some rendered bear fat. I am honored to receive such a gift. With such a regal ingredient, I have to make it count. I thought, "Why not use it as a binder on brisket?" Quality ingredients demand respect. I not only use it as a binder, I also use it to pour over the brisket when I wr...
Bear Tallow French Toast

I plan to do more things with this as we move along in this channel. This is the first of a few ideas, I have, French toast, cooked up in bear tallow with Scottish butter and a small family owned maple syrup that is deep, rich, and flav...

In this video I remake the famous and sought after flavors of the delectable street food, Yakitori, a grilled chicken with teriyaki glaze. I hope you enjoy and make it at your own home. Let me know how it came out! Editors note: Nest time I will be salt brining the chicken for 2 hours to add that extra tenderness I was missing.

Only one part of chicken meat you used
This is true. In Okinawa, the street vendor told me he only uses chicken thighs. That is how I do it now. I would like to learn more ways to cook Japanese food.
@@milesoutrighthere9989 I'm also working in Japanese restaurant izakaya .yakitori especially used 5 different part of the chicken
@@mangaljapan701 that’s awesome. It sounds like I have to learn more about the process and prepping the chicken!
Definitely Make 5 different part of chicken yakitori Such as Skin Gizzard Neck meat Tail Thigh meat
Beautiful stuff. Great video to watch on a hot day!
Thank you. Certainly beats the summer heat
❤
R2BBQ (Char wars)😊
OMG I love it!
Dude, this is some amazing stuff. You should be doing this for a living.
Thank you, that would be a good goal one day. I would love for it to pay for my bills.
Anyone ever figure out what those two 1"+- holes in the grate are for? I can't find the info anywhere!🤔
The world may never know.
They're for mounting a warming rack like the one included with the full size Akorn grill.
@@enispenvy9174 Thanks for the reply, mystery no more!
"Which way is left in a circle, you know"? Funny. Great video. I just got one of these grills today and I'm on RUclips looking for assembly instructions I can watch. Thanks.
Happy to help. To answer your question, turn one way, if it doesn’t work, go the other way.
I’m going to try it!
Nice cook my friend keep up the good job
Thank you, having fun with it.
He said the ways to prepare the pork was epic
He did say that. I would love to know your definition of an epic pork loin, so I can make a video for it specifically for you. Cheers
And like your mustache
Thank you!!
Looks yummy 2 my tummy, haha any way have a great day
Thank you so much, young man.
Miles Out, Right Here Brisket grits recipe -2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of Weisenberger mill grits. Respect your elders, don’t use quick grits. -Two diced and prepared hatch chili peppers. -1/2 cup of diced brisket -quarter cup sautéed onion -1 tablespoon better than bullion -quarter cup water -1 teaspoon lime juice -quarter cup soft goat cheese -Half cup Mexican blend cheese -Salt to taste -One fried egg Boil water for grits with hatch chilies, when boiling, put in grits and simmer for 25 minutes In a sauce, pan, with 1 tablespoon oil, sauté onions, when soft, add in brisket. When warm, add in bouillon and water, and simmer on low. Add lime juice When the grits are nearly done, add in butter, salt and cheese. Keep in mind the cheeses and butter will add salt. Put grits in a bowl, pour over brisket and top with fried egg
All these ppl eating/drinking blood - just cos the celebrity chefs told them too.
I don’t follow. What people? I don’t see any people? What celebrity? Who is eating blood? I don’t see any blood? Everything I made here is things I love just the way I like it, please kindly explain your rationale. I’m. Very confused
@@milesoutrighthere9989 Undercooked steak ! - you need cook the steak to the point there is no blood in it (no pink at all, it should be brown right through!) . If you eat it with blood in it you will develop blood lust - life is in the blood
@@johnfrancis5673 oh you are a funny guy! You’ve got jokes. Silly John.
@@johnfrancis5673 also know that it’s not blood. It’s protein called myoglobin. The blood of trained when they processed the cow.
@@milesoutrighthere9989 In future pls just cook the steak right through - there should not even be the slightest pink - certainly not red onto the plate when you cut through it. OK I will give you the benefit of the doubt that perhaps you didn't know & that is just how you like your steak to taste. however it has become a trend (here in the UK) that ppl eat medium or rare steak just cos they have seen the celebrity chefs cooking it such way. It's in the Bible siir you shouldn't drink blood!
You remind me of the comedian Kyle Kinane nice video man and why did you edit out that's what she said joke 😂😂
Thank you! See, that’s the magic in editing. You KNEW I was going there but I didn’t put it in to make it family friendly. Kinda one of those “if you know, you know”. Glad you picked it up.
PROOF that yakitori does not require a Korin style grill, or a Mibrasa hibachi (however beautiful), but just chicken, charcoal, skewers and a will to achieve yakitori deliciousness!
Thank you! Great points.
Perfect steak!
that steak loods so good, keep up the good work
Still bleeding 🩸
Still juicy, you mean.
That looks amazing
wow!
I'm wondering if you have any idea what the definition of "epic" is? If not, why would you actually video yourself using it and then publish it publicly?
I have a very rough understanding of the English language. Epic, as an adjective, means grand in scale or character, or as describing an epic, such as homers Iliad. Since the 2000s, the word epic has been a slang word and interjected as big or awesome. I would say, compared to pork loin smoked the traditional way, these are epic. I would love your inspiration for your version of an epic pork loin, so I can make a video specifically for you.

I still make them. Was there in 91-92. Fox 2/12
I would get my Yakitori outside the main gate at Camp Hansen in 1984-85. Incredible food.
Surprisingly easy to make and make well. Thanks for your service.
WOW, in all my years I've never seen these. Awesome!
That was an amazing thing to see. And it was super cool to learn about them.
Thank you. I found later there were reports all over Kentucky in the wildlife social media channels, people who are nature lovers had never seen them before. Definitely a rare occurrence.
That was amazing the first time we had it. Looks even better now!
Can’t wait to make it again. Thank you.
Man that lens story breaks my heart. So hate that happened.
It's a heartbreaker for sure. Thank you sir
This stuff looks amazing!
