Namaste Guruji, I am regularly doing your Yogasanas, now I am have 100% hips re-alignment, both hips are normal, and have absolutely no pain at all, a slight numbness is there, which is ignoble, which I rarely feel it. Thanks guruji......🙏🙏🙏

Yes you should follow as instructed because here we are focusing on right hip higher and left hip lower.. and it can be due to tightness in the left hip socket joint that you might have a pain. just follow this for one week first and check, is there any reduction in pain. once you start practising, please give me your feedback. Even i don't know the real cause of this issue. Perhaps it is due to playing badminton regularly and flat foot,left foolt is more flat.i searched about this problem on internet then i came to know about you.i am very depressed and disappointed.my daily life is ruinned because of this..i want to meet you sir for treating this.please help me sir.Thank you.

Sir I have lateral pelvic tilt plus anterior pelvice tilt so these excercises work on both tilts?

Namaste. I was wondering.. I have mostly left knee pain and i feel like my right leg is longer than my left..my right leg is also significantly stronger than my left. do you advise that I do the video as instructed? Or should I switch sides . Thank you 🙏🏼
Namaste Alex, I will recommend that you first get checked yourself by a Doctor and let him decide what is the problems I,e whether it is muscular or skeletal.. for ex. if you one femur itself is long from childhood. that its difficult that we can do anything, but if its muscular.. we can give it a try.. but I will advise first to visit a doctor and get a clear idea of this issue..
then only we can take our yoga practice further.

Namaste Pankaj Vermaji, Thank you for watching the video and your comments, First of all to know if you have corrected or not.. is to know earlier whether which side of your hip was higher.. and you did the exercises on one side for rough 1 month or more, than start the same exercise on both side i.e the right and then on the left hand side. it will help you No this will not lead to different side pelvis tilt.

Thank you for watching my video and your comments. as you said you have a later and anterior pelvic tilt with knock knee. so my suggestion would be.. to practice the Asanas of later pelvic tilt on both side of the leg i.e the right side and left side then I have a video on anterior pelvic tilt. Please do the practice regular for a month. and have a reivew as to how you are feeling and do you find any improvement in it.. Sir .i am righ handed badminton player.due to this my right side(specially thigh, hip,core,and shoulder) feel stronger than left one.can you suggest asans for this type of muscle imbalance?

Mostly incase if you have a lateral pelvic tilt.. you might have some discomfort, might be in the ankle, knee or hip.. so by doing these asanas you might feel some relief. also even when you stand and take a photo from the side before and then after practice.. for 2 months then take a photo from the side.. you might find some difference..

I started doing this.. I have mild scoliosis and my right hip and shoulder both are high and walking towards the right side not able to walk straight.. is these exercises help me to correct my problem ?
Namaste Sum. Thank you for watching the video and your question. If you have any xray or any details, it will be easier for me to understand more better. In general with scoliosis focus on more stretch to the right side compared to left, so you are also stretching the left but the reps. are more on the right. Yes.. this will surely help. Also abdominal i.e core workout for beginner level would be good to align your spine. So for more supin and seated stretched in a gentle way..

Uneven hip can be of two.. first. if your one femur bone is long or another bone issue.. that its difficult to work. but if its due to muscle imbalance. then definately its possible. I am suffering from last 2yrs left body worst pain , sewlling and stiffness... In my mri and xray report says that :: lumber lordosis mild scoliotic tilt with s/o muscle spam and disc dessication with mild posterior disc blug at L1-S1 intervertebral disc space my right side sholder,neck, ankle, hand fingers are tight.

Sir I have some doubt u told that when left hip lower tight glutes medius . In verabhadrasana 2(R) why r u focusing to strengthen the left glutes??

Thank you for watching my video and your comments.. so its always good to work on both sides of the hip focusing on stretching and strengthening too. but any muscles that is tight you stretch it, but you also focus on strengthening too.. but focus should be more on stretching..and we should not miss strengthening too... so it always good to balance from both side.. Although I have showed on strengthening the left glutes but also one need to focus on stretching too.
So the goal is stretch the tight and and strengthen the weak.. but sometime it better to work on both the sides.. eventually you have to balance both.

Sir .i am facing feet and hip allignment issues.i feel right hip and right shoulder both high. Left thigh is lean and right is stronger and tight.right hip cheek is tight and strong and left one is lean.even in thorax, i am feeling curve in spine.right side under rib feels bulky and curvy while left side lean and stright.i have flat feet but left foot is more flat than right.i am feeling right knee pain some times.i am facing misalignment in both sitting and walking.. is this lateral pelvic tilt or anterior or both?please guide me.due to all these issues i am very tensed and depressed.

Hi Rithesh, I used to sit on a fat wallet under my right glute and used to workout in gym in a very bad form,i started having problem with my shoulder being uneven (right is a lil higher and backward and left is lower and forward). My left side of the body is stronger so have a lil more muscles on it. After searching a lot i figured out I have a lateral pelvis tilt with right hip smaller(i used to sit with a wallet on this) and left being high and more muscular. I see videos saying hips which are higher have glutas medius weak,but that part is a lot bigger than the left one. My chests are also in different shape and size bcs of it. I am literally very very depressed seeing that,whenever i wear any t shirt or pants,it feels weird,loose from one side and tight from the other. I will be grateful if you could help me out with this. I feel like I can never have a good body. Is there a way I can talk to you over phone so that you can understand the issue better please? I am from Delhi, please help.

Friend first and foremost.. sleeping on time. daily.. even if you do not get sleep still try to fix a time to sleep it will take at least 28 days cycle practice to memorise and alarm clock by the body to sleep and get up. Any try doing yoga nidra before sleep. there can be a possibility that you will definately have a better sleep. Let me know if you wish to know something more about sleep, will be happy to help you.

@@coachriteshpatel thank you for your answer. I’ll see what I can do. I did have a wonky hip as a baby and had to wear a brace so I’m presuming it’s nothing too serious and might just be still slightly uneven
