    Huberman’s podcast has helped me a ton in this aspect of my life!
    Sunlight in the morning, caffine at the right time, and avoiding light at night, have all helped a ton!

    Most of the science in this book is flawed at its best but wrong and harmful at its worst. Please research all the criticism about it.
