this was one of the first songs i heard when i moved to new york city back in 2013, blasting from some store in soho. every time i hear it or when it comes up on shuffle on my phone, it takes me back to that sense of adventure i felt.
I was at a dive bar a few nights ago enjoying a pint, having a vape out in the patio, experiencing the nightlife once again. And this tune comes on the speakers. I had to look it up because the sound was incredible.
From that point I felt more relaxed and happy to be in that place. Makes me feel good whenever I'm out somewhere and everyone is socializing and vibing with one another, having a good time. No negativity or fighting. Just good atmosphere.
I have a Spanish friend who always sings this with just “You don’t have my number..barabam barabam barabam” whenever he’s drunk. 😅 We’ve always been puzzled what the hell is he singing. It took us 2 months to actually Google this song and now we’re all addicted too!

Reminds me of when I used to do work for the Ambulance Service, we were having a crappy shift and were parked up in a car park waiting for our next ''job''. This came on the radio and it perked me right up and I spent ages trying to find out who the artist was haha :-) good times.

Been a fan of Foals since 1996 when they made their debut at Reading Festival that year. Amazing band and they pushed their way to the top of their game and now they're one of the biggest Stoner Rock bands on the planet

Being "indie" in something means that artist are independent, that means that indie band produces and records music independently. It's not genre, it's the way.

I LOVE Foals...I'm 48 and only found them by Mountain At My Gates then bought What Went Down album. Got my son into them (he's 15) and we checked previous stuff by them. He then liked earlier stuff best for a while whilst I liked later....now we both love everthing across all their albums for different reasons! We both badly want to see them live!!!
