  • Another progression in the Foundational Strength for Runner's 12 week program. This week progresses further into how we manipulate different principles of strength and conditioning to help strengthen the body, there by managing the risk for injury. I introduce some important concepts in using cross training to our advantage to optimize how our bodies move without further stressing the same muscles and energy systems utilized while running. Tough workout, with minimal equipment in a small space...there is so much more we can do! Keep workin hard.
