Hey everyone, the best results that ive had was by following the coop magic tactic (i found it on google) without a doubt the most incredible course that I've followed.
Liked the video but have to limit the amount of times you try to advertise your social media accounts. I mean it was every 30 seconds. Put it in beginning and end. Sometimes less is more.
Loved the fact that his tools were an every man tool and not really expensive pro tools and yet still did an amazing job. All my DeWalt and Makita buddies laugh at me because I'm a huge fan of the brushless Hercules line.
Thanks for the video! I want to build something similar, looks simple without a lot of power tools (which I don’t have). What supplies did you use? Wood and nails sizes?
What attracted me was the title "DIY CHICKEN COOP and RUN (Cheap & Easy). What I saw was that (eventually between all of the precious other critter and family stuff). Your family and Critter family is precious! I'll just remember that all this other stuff will be in your videos and be prepared... that way I won't be so frustrated waiting for you to get to the meat of the subject. God Bless you and your family(s)...
We used a staple gun to secure the chicken wire, i suggest this as it was the easiest way. Just regular wood screws and whatever length you think would be suitable
FYI, Chicken wire does not keep predators out. Hawks will pull your babies through it piece by piece. Raccoons and Coyotes can chew through it. Common mistake all over youtube. Ramp needs little wood bars every 4-6". Cute design for 1-2 birds. Do use hardware cloth folks.
thank you so much for reply :-) no I didn't watch the rest of your videos and was very worried but didn't have time to watch everything on every channel right now. Glad your babies are safe😀
Funny you ask! We are actually in the process this weekend. We now have ducks that need their old coop so we are building a larger one for clover and Henny
This is literally EPIC!!! I have two chickens which are a month old. I'm only 12 so I can't build this stuff myself so I'm actually just buying a pretty decently sized coop from ebay or smth for my chicks to go into in two weeks. Srsly tho this was so good i likes and subbed!!!
Looks like it’s going to be a good video, but I’m having a really hard time at the sixth time you keep saying please please subscribe 1:30 in. Not inspiring me to continue .
Well. Turns out a good amount of my subscribers came from this video. So I suppose what I said worked out, and others continued on to enjoy it lol. Appreciate your input though!
@Guy with Cool life I rescued one of the chickens and I had to purchase another so she wouldn’t be alone. I built this temporary baby chicken coop that they stayed in for Two weeks until they were big enough to be released into our 12 x 30’ run they also get free roam of our yard during the day. Learn facts before you run your mouth next time. I have never tortured an animal in my entire life.
@Guy with Cool life you are an idiot and clearly know nothing about this awesome family you clown. They have saved so many animals. You take time out of your day to try and gain clout from trolling people?! Shut up and kick rocks
I really APPRECIATE you for showing how to build this chicken run I'll use this idea for my rabbits awsome idea thanks soooooo much for sharing and I Love your turtles I have 5 turtles Love it
Hey Tim, the chickens are amazing, very loyal and pretty smart too. Once grown they dont require much work AND they can eat pretty much anything. We feed ours greens and fruit daily along with their pellet food. We also feed them meal worms and let them wonder the yard to eat grass and other bugs. I would say on a monthly average the 2 chickens cost us maybe $50? I def recommend buying food in bulk at tractor supply. One huge 50 pound bag is only $16 and will last a while. I will absolutely do a video of it thats a great idea!!
Looks great. Awesome Diy! I've been known for putting together a few diys myself Turtle accessories, rabbit cages. Lot of different stuff. Oh wow, Georgia was walking on her own. All around epic video!
Great video bro. You literally made this look incredibly ez. So much so im off to Lowes to get what i need. Im thinking 6 to 8 chickens in a 4x6 run. And a 4x2 lil house. Most importantly its was dope to see the whole family OUTSIDE helping.
Thanks for the love man! The kids love being outside and being involved, so much better then sitting indoors with tablets. Stay safe out there and hope you stick around
A This wasn’t intended to be their forever home. This was temporary while they were small. We put this run inside of a bigger fenced space, I did mention that at the end of this video. We also let them roam the yard when we’re outside. If building this run for large chickens I’d definitely recommend letting them out when supervised, but this can definitely be used as a safe place when small or unsupervised. Feel free to check out some of our newer videos, they’re doing great.
Jordan23 Jordan Nobody over here is desperate. I included my family and other things that are important to us in my videos, if you don’t enjoy it feel free to kindly click off the video.
Thanks for your concern Bobbi, we have some predators and if you took the time to watch our other videos you would see that these chicken coops that we build go inside a much larger enclosure that is very secure.
hi genius, i want see .. diy how to make chicken coop by template. you know, we put the wood in the frame template, then put nail on it. and booya there are the chicken coop like victory assembly,
There are many factors in creating an amazing design. One resource I found that successfully combines these is the Coop Magic Tactic (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most incredible info that I have ever seen. look at this amazing resource.
Ashley Brown they weren’t of laying age when we built this. This whole coop/run was meant as more of a transition from the brooder to an outdoor situation. They are now in a much bigger coop as you can see in our newer videos. ruclips.net/video/5_XrQrcICFM/видео.html
Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "chicken cages for sale" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Machaaldity Coop Blaster - ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got cool results with it.
We need video ideas! Let me know what you want to see next.
What will you do when the rain comes ?

That kind of cool, but it kind of a weird was of building a coop. The chickens will have to upgraded to a real coop when there adults.
Why does he seem like a cousin of Schmidt from New Girl the more that I watch this...
I’ll build around chicken pen like a half circle into a square in the top A half circle
Drinking game: take a shot each time he asks for a like/comment/subscribe/ or says the words billingsfam
New drinking game: take a shot every time a troll takes time out of their day to spew crap on youtube videos
you should focus to the point of build the cage and stop talking all the other things around...good video but desperate a bit
