Hi man, i'm actually playing the build and i'm struggling to survive in 1 on 5 Maps, i've read every where that this build is ULTRA tanky, would you be ok to give some advices ?

The free one only gives 10% cast speed and 30% mana regen, the gem gives 20% cast speed and 58% mana regen. You get 110% increased arcane surge effect, so total of +21% cast speed and +58.8% mana regen if you have lvl 20 gem vs just the free one, makes a big difference and the arcane surge on wand is just part of the cast speed mod (22 cast speed + arcane surge), doesn't really do anything
Can u tell me if i have ale resist capped 75% chaos res, doryan glorius vanity, 27k evasion 76 % evade chance 100 % spell supression is enough to handle t17? With this build ?

why dps in POB only 500k , but can kill rare monster T17 too fast ?

Config isn't set up for accurate dps. Look at goratha or Zizaran's pob for how to configure for accurate dps

Can someone explain why frost blink and flame dash both used???
Flame dash is instant, so it's better for dodging a deadly mechanic. Frostblink for normal travel, flame dash for emergency dodge.
How do you get all the attributes like dex n strength?
