Same, I remember play this game for first time this is the best experience ever for my first game from kojima. I will try another kojima Metal gear after this.
Most of my friends are hardcore gamers and none of them liked Death Stranding. Truly one of the best games I've ever played. If you can get to the actual game after the first couple of chapters, you will be rewarded. Sad how many people have this game but judge it based on the first few hours. They'll never know what they actually have. Really sucks how many people missed out.
Ironically if I could relive the first hours for the first time I would. The mystery of being out there and walking alone knowing barely anything is too perfect

He didn’t strike me as a materialist, and I wasn’t as fond of his work post-2019, but his art has helped me and so many others through so much. It’s tragic.

I love how this video tells a story. The player can be seen fighting with the terrain, figuring out and optimizing paths. At the end, as the music becomes more ethereal, the player finds a rope that helps him ascend to an easier path. Almost like a reward for putting up with the hardship of falling over and tumbling down.

It would be good if the songs start everytime when we crossing by for the specific places. Like Asylums for the feeling that plays on the top of the mountain south of timefall Farm post game ending. It could be for all songs.
