Use the underlying systems that manage operations. If you're in IT, things like ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Cherwell. If you're in Healthcare, Cerner or Epic, etc. These will all have records of activity. You may have to be clever about what fields represent the process, but it's wash, rinse, repeat from there.

Good question. Do we merely pull these audit logs from the system and collate the process from there?
