Very well put through. The kind of process engineering that business waste a lot of resources and time can be easily optimized by task mining. Thank you so much for this great quick tutorial. Looking forward for more info.

Are there any jobs in this field and any IBM certifications?

I want to learn about process mining for my assignment but the dude in the video looks so cute and handsome that it makes it difficult for me to concentrate :(

The bottleneck is getting IT to enable and share logs overcoming governance issues. Also not all software generate ligs.

I would say bottlenecks can be different.
From process mining center of excellence perspective, the bottleneck for propagating process mining usage in a company can be process owners that are hard to involve into process optimization projects.
If process owner is not interested in spending their or their subject matter experts' time on it, the project quite certainly will lead nowhere.
The bottleneck can be lack of people who are able to not to just extract but also transform the data - as it's not always the case when we can take an as-is event log from just 1 tables from a source system and load it as-is into process mining software. E.g. if we are talking about SAP ERP or a similar system where you need to extract pieces of event logs from multiple tables.
The fact that not all software generates logs can lead to the understanding that company needs to collect ones if they want to have transparent processes and improve them if needed.
