Met the MTB Zen Master at the Kingdom last fall while riding with my son. His videos are as spot on as his ever present smile. He has made lots of good tips for good places to ride! Thank you!
We met at Glen Park. My son,. Nate who you also met at Glen Park needs to show you Ledges at Nepaug. If you don't want to die, I can show you Mangler, the funnest trail there.
That Gopro Effect is a thing. Makes every feature flat and small. It doesn't tell the story there. I looked at a few times, so to sew him do it as slow as i would. Help! Its hard to know how much control youll have. Cheers!
nice one! need to work on braking technique, cause you'll cook ehm done fast :) especially braking in the corners I'm newbie myself, and the steep stuff really helps to figure out good braking technique the cliff you rode is also a good example of control you learn while exploring you bike capabilities :)
Yes so tru. There is aways room for break technique progression. Feathering and modulation AND i should have change my rear pads they were warn from racing and contaminated. Problem fixed. And fresh rotor.
Paul! Honestly, i have been thinking about it. BUT im worried that if i get the emtb i wont ride anything else LOL. I planning to suffer a little more, when i get my weight goal maybe i will treat myself to one 👍🏾🤔😎
@@MTBZenMaster no question you’ll favor the emtb over mtb - I have. In past year, only a dozen non-ebike, while doing 150+ rides on the ebike. I also didn’t gain a pound - you can tailor the assist to the workout you want. And other than weather, there’s never an excuse to not ride (I rode 15 miles per day the last 7 days, would have been nearly 20 days except for last Wednesday rain) and I’m 64yrs old.
I hear you, isnt that lift access? Wasnt considering any lift access bike parks. I need to get up there to check it out but thats almost six hours from CT
Absolutely love that place... worth every second of the up for those downs... New Hampshires finest.....
💯!! 👊🏾
Nice. I was the kid that helped you with the rock roll
LOL. dude, of course, watch the intro. I put your channel name there! Show your Dad. You helped alot. thanks!
and Aaron, I always know its you because of THE DUCK! :-)
I think I would have a hard time with those steep sections. You did great.

Looks awesome I might go this weekend
👍💯 Good stuff Bruh.
Yo thank you. Shout out to all the down south mountain bikers.
I wanna check this out this season!!! Thanks for the vid!
You should! Its awesome riding
Love that place.
I appreciate your impressive work trying to capture what these trails are like.
Thank you. I do aim to show off the trail for others to consider enjoying. Thats for the specific feedback. 👍🏾😎
That place looks sick! Great work. Good insight on what the trails look like.
Thanks Josué !
Nice Job Sam! That place looks crazy steep! you've gotten so much better! Awesome challenge!
Bolton Valley has some steeper trails. Come check them out when the rain calms down for a day or two.
Really? Those Arrowhead trails are so vertical. Not sure i can handle anything steeper. Whats the names of the locations? 🙂
I just got the same gloves you're wearing.
Haven't ridden Arrowhead yet but I took a look a few weeks ago. Yeah the expert stuff is pretty legit
Heck yeah those are legit, a little intense, and fun trails. I gotta get back there
Makes sense to do black trail first if that is your skill level. By the 3rd or 4th climb, a black trail would be harder when you're tired.
Yes, you are so right. Ii like to be less warn out before hitting the double blacks👍🏾

LOL 4:14 THAT's steep!
Ha! just a little steep.. probably better when the snow is on it. LOL
Yeah, GoPro doesn’t really tell the story there, does it?
And I’m always wary of coaching from teenagers, but Aaron did a great job 👍

When are you gonna go emtb? I’ve been riding a Turbo Levo for a year plus, makes uphill as much fun as downhill.

Sugarloaf is far steeper but these are close

Actually, if sugarloaf is steeper maybe i shouldn't. LoL Sounds sick! Your above my paygrade Dude.
@@MTBZenMaster yes and no for the race we had to bike up to stages 1 and 2 and the lift for 3-5
