OP’s mom would be disgusted by her so called friend. This move by them is smarmy. Hopefully the judge will see right through what they are trying to pull. I would counter sue them for emotional distress and infliction of emotional distress.
@@pickle_pup8187More like counter sue for half the property tax. That billboard is generating the money to pay the taxes on the land they want a share of. So they didn't pay OPs, little brother's share of the taxes that they feel is owed to them.
Final story - OP should have his lawyer file a motion requesting that the younger brother be made a ward of the court until his 18th birthday and demand that the civil suit against OP be dismissed with prejudice because of the probability that the current guardians want the inheritance for themselves when only the younger brother is entitled to it!
Holy shit that last story. Those "guardians" are scumy as hell.

Pretty sure the “quardians” are abusing their power and thus are in some deep shit if op can dig up and dirt in of similar manners like and sort of money meant for him being used on stuff not meant like him. Such as expensive clothes or the like.
If OP loses the Lawsuit against his Brother's Guardians, then he needs to put all the money into an Irrevocable Trust in his Brother's name that can't be accessed until Brother turns 18...
That would insure his Brother gets the money, NOT the Guardians who (as OP suspects) are likely to keep the money for themselves and NOT give it our use it for the Brother...
Anyone that has the balls to complain about leaves or grass bein blown places while cutting it and calls the cops need immediately arrested and charged for false reports.
On the story about the parking spot, NO op, it is YOUR SPOT. All the people NEED to mind their own business.

When working for British Railways, one day, a signalling repeater got struck by lightning and all signals within a three mile radius turned to red (for safety due to electrical surge). I retalliated by stating that as far as i knew, lightning strikes were an act of God and the argument aught to be taken up with him and that we were doing the best we could with the tools provided.
Last story if forced to sell ask the court to mandate the money is put into a trust till the brother is legally of age and an accounting of all expenses by the guardians
The parking story, first that’s YOUR spot that you let them BORROW. If anyone has a problem with that, that’s a them problem. Let them know THEY crossed the line by acting entitled and self centered. When will the rain end? It reminds me of a story, and I still laugh when I tell it to new members during open house. I belong to Godfrey's Pond. We call it one of the best-kept secrets in Genesee County in Western NY. It was in June of the early 1990s. We have a heated pool now, but then there was swimming in the pond. I found out later that a woman from New York City and a member's guest, after jumping into the pond early in the morning and quickly getting out, approached me and the caretaker. May his soul rest in peace. The woman asked, "When will you turn the heaters on in the pond?" Jim, the caretaker, looked at me; I winked, nodded, and answered, "The fish are still spawning and need the cooler water for the next week or so for the eggs to hatch. We do not want to get in trouble with the DEC (Department of Environmental Conservation). She never questioned that answer as far as I know, and I didn't see her at all that day.

Your brother's guardian's will have to prove that there was an agreement to reimbursed for raising him otherwise I would think that it would be the executors responsibility to protect the inheritance until your brother is eighteen.
13:04 regardless if they filed before his 18th birthday the second he becomes 18 any money they might get and the decision about even suing becomes his not theirs. Even their suit says who was the injured party so why would someone who was not a victim get compensation from something?

Now that’s the kinda sorcery I like lol. Oh yes we make it rain for 90 mins just so everyone leaves the lines for the rides and go spend more money on food and souvenirs then the lines have shuffled. The smart ones stayed in line and are now up next.

I had a teacher in high school who worked part time at the California location of said park. She sold tickets. So often people would ask “how’s the weather in the park?” “Is it raining in the park?” Annoyed the heck out of her.
The OP of the Mouse Park story is right. I've visited the Florida Panhandle in the Spring/Summer numerous times, and you can set your watch to the mid-afternoon thunderstorm. Since at least half of the Panhandle is on Central Standard Time, the storms usually occur at 2 or 2:30 PM.
Apparently that's called the "Disney Bubble" and apparently lots of people believe it.
They will have it someday when someone gets around to inventing it.
It reminds me of a story where this couple went somewhere in Europe don’t remember details and it was raining. They demanded the hotel staff make it stop raining. The control the weather after all. Nothing fun like this story they just kept telling them that they don't in fact control the weather. The Karen didn't believe them.
As to the first story that jerk should have gotten a fine fir not keeping his yard clean on top of the costnof the car fees. As to the themebpark story that lady was allready off the rails for thinking op can control the weather. As to the third story after being yelled at op should have charged fifty. As to the fourth story op is not wrong to want the space that was op paid for and loaned out for free for the mother to use. As to the last story the guardians are up to no good.

Parking pass story: OP, you were generous, but now that's coming back to bite you. Tell your mother you need firm dates and times for her appointments and you'll get your pass back from the neighbors for those times. Otherwise she can pay for parking.
Inheritance story: All you can do is get a lawyer and countersue your brother's guardians for harassment and court costs. Make it clear in court that they are attempting to deprive your brother of his inheritance, which you actually want him to have. Good luck.
I think I heard the Karen or similar in the 2end story, its when a bunch of Californians and New Jerseys moved here, woman was have a tantrum like a 3 year old, and my friends who live on the Atlantic coast have seen other similar, one said she shoot the manager if he didn’t turn off the storm

Been to said theme park a few times and yes it does rain between the hours OP states and it was not a light rain we're talking soaked to the skin down pours but once rhe rain stopped within an hour or so you'd never knew it had rained everything was bone dry.

Im guessing that first story didnt happen in the US, because the government can't make it illegal to have an unregistered vehicle on private property. They are very limited on what laws and regulations they can impose on vehicles on private property. Technically, the cops aren't even allowed onto the property just to check plates on a vehicle. They can approach the door and knock, and if they can see something illegal during that, then they can use that. They can check the plates if they have reasonable suspicion of a crime, and ignorance isn't reasonable suspicion.
It's not likely the cop would go after the neighbor for a civil infraction for an unkept lawn. Letting leaves pile up or letting grass grow too long can have regulations against them because they attract and harbor wildlife. It's the same reason you can't leave your trash bin open. But it's still civil, not criminal, because it's your property. They can't really make it criminal for you to just leave your property alone, but they can sue you for the damage is does to the community, and that's what a civil infraction is, basically.

if the bill board was in the older brother's name prior to the mother's death then that is the older brother's property and NOT a part of the inheritance so any money it made belongs to the older brother. Just because he used the money to pay taxes on the property has nothing to do with any of this. However, since the older brother paid the taxes with HIS money earned from the bill board which he was already doing BEFORE his mother's death on the divided property, he will have a larger claim to the entire property and thus a say so in the inheritance. Guardianship is not as powerful as people think, being his brother and closest family, HIS family rights will supersede the guardians rights unless they hold power of attorney which was not mentioned here. A good lawyer will know all of this and put the guardians case down before they could even get started

I find first story questionable.......a vehicle on my private property is not required to have a tag or insurance on it. No way the police can ticket it, let alone tow it. Same goes for mall, restaurant or any business's parking lot. If it isn't being driven on the street, no ticket!!!!!
Our city requires licensing and registration and that vehicle be operational or they will be ticketed and/or towed.
