NEW SMUG GREEDY NEIGHBOR "KAREN" THINKS HE OWNS MY HOME! I'm the owner of land r/MaliciousCompliance
Next to last story: moving property survey monuments (pins) is a possible felony. Now that you’ve been made while, go to the DA for your neighbors’ attitude adjustment.
Sounds like that tenant needs evicting.
No, it sounds like the tenant is *LONG* overdue for eviction.
#1 - Most EZ-UPs are 10'x10' or 12'x12'. I've spent a lot of time under them at races. If the two women hadn't been so entitles and had asked nicely, OP would very likely have shared that area.
If somebody was cutting my hedge I'd be filming them at the same time calling the police. If they can't provide proof that they own the land where which the hedge is then They need to stop because their potentially damaging OP's property. And I'm pretty sure you probably need like a permit to remove something as big as a hedge and moving a fence like that from the city.
"From the city"
You don't know which city.
You don't even know which _country_
You don't even know if they require permits for removing anything _from your own property_ and most cities don't. And a hedge is kind of a ludicrous thing to require perments for. I've never even heard of such a thing. No one should need permits removing vegetation from a property except in the case if it's a tree and endangered or considered a historical landmark.
Yeah, the neighbor would be paying to put in some 15ft tall bushes to replace what they cut at about $5k-$10k a piece, for arborvitaes. Ugh, ask them once and tell them they will be towed.
The tenant consistently violated the lease of the property, which he signed, so he knows, deep down, he is in the wrong!
Good afternoon or evening everyone and RedWheel 😊
Hope everyone had a great Sunday 😊
Those no ladies knew what they because the what free shade. Those ladies just been a bully.
Hedge Story: Once OP noticed he Survey Pins were moved, the ONLY conversation he should have had was with the Police and a Lawyer...
Regarding the parking problem: a possible solution would be to erect signage stating who goes in what spot, i.e. Parking for apartment 1, parking for apartment 2, etc., with 'Violators will be towed at own expense'.
Good morning, RW and everyone! Hope you are all having a great day! 1st boy it would be hard to argue with you! Great stories today, as usual! Thank you! I'll see you in the next one!
This tenant knew what he was doing because his visitors in park close to his place. Then this tenant want toe his car. This tenant want free place to live
Hedge dispute story: Some people are just greedy idiots. While it can cost, it's easy to prove property lines with a official survey.
Parking story: Maybe the laws are different in Ontario, Canada, but it seems to me that the parking issue, something which is spelled out in the tenant's lease, would be enough to put him in violation of his lease to have him evicted. That along with the late rent payments. Regardless of the eviction, I'd give him notice of not renewing his lease when it expires, as well.
Good morning Redwheel and friends! I hope everyone is having an awesome Sunday! Love my Redwheel stories! 🧡✌️
I would have picked up the canopy and moved it over 5 ft
This neighbour knew what they were doing they want free land
EZ-ups can be tilted, you don’t necessarily have to move them. Several families would bring them to all of our daughters softball games and would create large shaded areas by grouping them together. The shade was shared by all. Even some families from the opposing team would join in.
I've never seen an E-Z Up tilt. They have legs at each of the 4 corners. At most you can put 2 of the legs at a different height but doing that too often can cause issues with the tarp. I've only seen the large umbrellas with tilting capabilities.
Last story. Um? Did this guy not realise that he was arguing with his landlord? Who does that and then not pay his rent?
444th thumbs up!!!
Luv the shade story😅😊
As for that first story, I need to get the sidewall kit
If I was OP I would have put a camera set up in front of the parking spot and be able to get their license plates that way and have them charge with trespassing on the spot once you have a sign on there stating that this is private property and unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed for trespassing if used for more than an hour or something like that. Idk if they can take it them if they've been on private property like that if you were to do it with the camera setup but maybe.
Kind of takes balls to threaten your landlord... And a whole lot of lacking common sense and just maybe basic math skills😅😅
OP with the parking spot problem. Why after the first year , did you renew the lease .. two more times ..?
🔥🔥🔥🧙♂
What lawyer would agree to participate in a property case so well documented? none. He would advise the client of the inevitable outcome in no uncertain terms. The story talks about the client being surprised. I don't think so. BS story
Last story: how to loose your home while being a jackwagon!!
1😊
1st!💜🍰✌️
And I can’t fathom why you would care what two entitled a holes want. Ignore them.
