Hey man, great video! Are you running a pole through the bag or is it resting on the floor? I am looking for a solution in my garage that does not require heavy weight hanging from the ceiling. Standing bags are too unstable. This one seems to meet my requirements if my assumption is correct that the weight is resting on the floor and the hanging mechanism is only there to keep the bag from tipping?
lol bro that shit took me like 2 in half days. i felt like giving up sometimes but you just gotta take breaks and do it again later. make sure you push down words towards the sides on the inside the bag when your stuffing it so that way it doesn't feel loose when hitting it. you want it fully stuffed. I actually just moved and had to empty mine out half way. im going to make a video restuffing it soon i will let you know when it's up.
Brian Lopez it’s a pole bag , if you don’t have a hanging mount you can use a pole mount it into the ground then slide the heavy bag on top of the pole like a condom 😂😂😂 I have one too when you fill it completely its about 140kg

I also own the largest MMA studio in Northern Arizona. I have 2 'pole' bags at all 3 places. They were invented right here in Thailand. That said, I am pretty sure I know what a 'pole bag' is supposed to look like. Here is common sense... The sun will ruin that bag. You can keep it covered, but you look like the lazy type looking at how you hit the bag and what not LOL. I have a 75-year-old man in Thailand that punches harder than you do and most of the girls at this studio kick much harder than you do. But those are fighting words here in Thailand. I am leaving here in a few days to go to AZ for a few weeks than back here mid-July. If you want to meet up, I can always teach you much better technique. Just jump in the ring with me 1st and I will show you what is wrong with your crap stance and how to properly throw a punch and a kick.
