Thank you for the video! I listened to the podcast yesterday but couldn’t quite visualize the exercises you were describing. This was helpful for me. And I have to agree, that when I have a good nights sleep, any spd pain I have is reduced!
If youre experiencing "sensation" or "instability", thats not pain. Im not going "huh, thats interesting". Im in excruciating pain and unable to sit, walk or sleep. We are not the same.
Agreed, i can barely walk i can feel my bones in the pelvis moving with each step i take. I was exercising before pregnancy getting massages and chiropractic adjustments and it is not helping.
Am having such a pain 7 month pregnant and it hurts alot plus it cause me pain when am urinating 😢😢 i cant walk properly nor sit for 10 min😢😢...what should I do? Please help
Hi there, I'm so sorry you're feeling this pain. Unfortunately, we can't diagnose through social media, but I recommend you please seek your medical provider if you're concerned.
First, congratulations on your pregnancy! My main concern in my pregnancy right now is my sciatic pain, specifically in my right hip/glute area. Most days now, it’s crippling! It will spasm and cause me to sort of trip and lose balance. I am currently 25 weeks and if you have anythingggggg that I can do to help this chronic pain, I would greatly appreciate it! Please 😢
I m really happy for you ❤congratulations for having a little angel ❤and I m really worried about my baby movement 😢I m in my 33 or 34 week and I feel my baby movement in really down in my belly really upper side in my vigina😢 like really between in my end of belly part and top of viginal part? Is this OK? And some time it's movement make me uncomfortable or little bit hurt
It's hard for me to exactly say! Is this something that you have asked your OB or birthing professional about? I would definitely communicate any of your concerns with them!
Why didn’t you guys mention being pregnant with twins .. Im 28 weeks pregnant with twins and suffering so much from this pain and it keeps scaring me and having nightmares about preterm labor 😢
Aww omg your pregnant… I’m so happy for you.
Wishing you a happy & healthy pregnancy, and a safe delivery 🥹
Thank you so much!

Hopefully you are able to find a pelvic floor PT to see in person and get some advice.

That is definitely a good point! Keep working on your core and start working on your pelvic floor to prepare for everything! You got this!
