can you make one where the caps shoot BBs in different directions? maybe each cap has a blast hole to vent and propel BBs?

I tested such a design. I made a prototype frag "jacket" for the Meteorite system. But the caps just don't have enough gas output to fire a decent amount with any decent velocity. And it stifles the bang too.

I know this is a little late, but as opposed to fastening the actual charge to the device, could you instead use it like a makeshift mortar. Also, would you consider making a mortar in the future?

It would be a very short ranged mortar. I've got it on the list.

@FulcrumAirsoft thanks for responding. Would it be possible to use a higher power spring, not unprimable but usable?

Hi chap, I’m pulling the key out but it’s staying cocked

Try a little silicone oil on the lever that pushes against the body. It's probably the smaller lever binding against the body.

Have you run into any of the caps just not igniting when it impacts for the meteorite line? I think it might be the brand I use. Do you have any brand recommendations for caps in the us?

I use Sohni-Wicke brand caps which work very well. Are your caps fitting onto the carriages properly?

@@FulcrumAirsoft Hey, no they are constantly falling off and they barely fit around the cap holder. I think this is just a quality issue with the brand I got. I adjusted it to it my caps specifically. I have the new springs coming in today to try out, Ill give you an update after that.
Out of curiosity, do you think that making the cap gun holder have pointed tips for the caps would enhance igniting potential.

@@FulcrumAirsoft got it to work! Seems like it was an issue with my springs. Works pretty good now, my next step is trying to get it to fire all 8 consistently

Try pushing the loaded carriage against a flat surface to press the caps on hard. If they don't fit properly try cutting one of the links to allow the ring to expand.

@@FulcrumAirsoft finally got it to do all 8 consistently. Can’t wait to use this in games. I have to contact my field owner to get permission to use this pyro, but I’m looking forward to it
