- In this video myself and my friend Ben continue our culinary adventure by trying Ethiopian food, we give our honest review of the food we had through the day, scoring it on its affordability, taste and then finally giving our stand out dish.

The problem with Ethiopian restaurants in the diaspora is that they will always cut down on the heat because they are trying to cater to the “foreigners”, believing that they can’t handle the heat. If u want it really spicy u must go to someone’s mother’s home and get some authentically cooked Ethiopian food☺️

Yum, I envy you. I absolutely am addicted to the goodness of Ethiopian food. I wish I had that platter of food but w/o the meat. A vegan platter would go well right now. I could eat it everyday for the rest of my life. I'm even learning to prepare some of the dishes. Have berbere will COOK! Lol

The variety sauce makes it a nutritional dish. Don't be amazed the slight taste difference in the sauces (wete) from one place to another. The sauce that I do differ from my sister. We don't measure the ingredients as such. Thanks for sharing info about Ethiopia. Regards.
