My entire body both hates and loves you (especially my booty!). Since March I have lost about 20lbs...only 50 more and I will reach my goal!

started your challenge 30 days ago, i could only do most of the things on the first or maaaybe second level for a few short moments, and had to take breaks in between, and today on the 30th day, i could do nearly all on the 3rd level, i just went on the second level a few times in between, to hold through, and i didn't need to take any break.. really i owe so much to you, i am doing your workouts since a long while now, and really, you helped me with my depression.. cause thanks to you, i do sports again like i used to when i was younger and before i experienced many bad things, and nothing helps more than sports when you have a depression, not even the pills they describe.. thanks to you i found a part of my old me again, that used to loooove sports.. i love it again now, thanks

It was a killer but I made it through. thank you for sharing these workouts. For those of us who are a long way from being fit and need to believe we can attain fitness and become more healthy your videos are a HUGE help. As a mother of 4 I can say this video is a lifesaver. I have to work on my burpees, I'm slow when it comes to getting down on the floor, and jumping back up. I'll work on that. The twists when we're on the floor had my thighs hurting. It's all good.
