Great supplement for former alcoholics, people previously on drugs, and people who eat lots of sulfur rich foods. I also found that there is a mechanism where it helps balance excessive copper in the body and is able to regulate Iron metabolism with Hepcidin and conversion of inorganic iron into organic iron. May possibly help someone with Hemochromatosis. Great video!
Very helpful. Thank you. I find molybdenum has helped me with a severe formaldehyde sensitivity. Also, this explains why I couldn't tolerate NAC in the past. I may try it again with the molybdenum. NAC always made me have extreme fatigue, where I was sleeping 10-12 hours at a time until it was out of my system. But others had great success with NAC. I suppose I was getting that sulfite build-up. I take molybdenum twice per week, but do you have a recommended dosage for those with sulfite issues?
What do u think about TMG supplements. I took in bcomplex. After week my veins in hip swelled and hurt. Off now. Ok.pain gone cholesterol is good but mther gene
Yes! Beans, beans and endless beans!! They will pull toxins out, too! Rinse well and eat regularly and you’ll notice the gas eventually goes away entirely!
It seems your clip didn't cover the entirety of your agenda. I looked up the foods, I don't recall you covering that. It looks like SAD eaters and carnivores alike who don't eat organ meats or dairy are most at risk of deficiency.
1. Do Not have Molybdenum and Copper together. You can however have it with Zinc. 2. Excellent to rebuild tooth enamel 3. Used for Candida detox 4. Can regulate ammonia buildup 5. Critical for breaking sulfite buildup - can be paired with sulfur foods or cysteine/methionine. 6. Requires B6 - P5P as a cofactor 7. Do Not exceed 350 ucg per week or an average of 50ucg per day. Microdosing much better strategy long term. 8. Have Copper seperately at different time when having Mb long term else you will have issues with both copper and iron metabolism.
Diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia a few months ago. The oncologist gyno wanted to do a complete hysterectomy and I refused. Wondering if Molybdenum might be a cause? Interesting. Also pretty sure I have the MTHFR gene.

If you have that gene all the Bs must be in methylated form or else they make you feel worse
Any foods containing the mineral?

The top sources of molybdenum in U.S. diets are legumes, cereal grains, leafy vegetables, beef liver, and milk :P
