Thank you so much for this video! We are preparing for my son's FCD resection in the coming months and this was invaluable! Definitely have come away with more knowledge and with great questions for our neurosurgeon.

@@ScottBradley-fi3xc well, interestingly enough we had two other opinions from Boston Children’s and The Cleveland Clinic and while doing inpatient scans at TCC he never had one seizure. He’s either grown out of them or his epidiolex is working and holding them back. So we never had the surgery. Still an option if seizures return through.

This is a very helpful presentation, thank you! Have there been any major break through developments in the 3 years since this was produced? Better imaging facilitating more precise location of the abnormalities, improvements with the lasers, etc?

    Sir,
    I am from INDIA,
My brother is 35yr old, he has focal cortical dysplasia in right mid inferior frontal gyrus.
The diagnosis was made 2 years back.
He is currently on 4 antiepileptic medications, but seizures are persistent.
What mode of treatment would be suitable for frontal lobe?
And where could I get it done?
Please can you help and guide me sir.
    I will be highly obliged.

Thank you for the detailed information Doctor. Also, I saw few comments from conmans for herbal medicines. If you are managing the video through a team, please instruct them to remove these comments as they make a business out of parents hope to cure their child.
