This is a perfect video no excess chatter no annoying music and just simple straightforward step-by-step guide I love this post thank you so much for posting such a great video
It looks like subsoil. Needs a good heavy layer of compost worked in and another layer as a mulch. My soil when I moved in was full of rocks, I had to riddle them all out. Back breaking. I enjoyed the video.
THANK UOU very much 🌷👍 Very helpful & easy instructions. I have a Dianthus Barbarini Red/Rose colour Plant, Perenial, its a short, big headed plant & as I dead headed I found lots of FREE SEEDS 😀 Bonus 👍👍👍 Thanks to your video I can recreate next year. Happy gardening 😎💐☀️
Hello this is a brilliant video thank you. I grew from seeds last year but they never flowered. They have survived winter outdoors in pots but have gone mad. They have gone really long draping over the sides but gone thin and long sadly I cannot send you a picture. Couod you tell me what you would do please? Kibd Regards Mrs N Dodson
Thanks for posting nice and easy to follow instructional videos. Much appreciated by a beginner like myself. Do you use a pure compost for starting the seeds or would regular potting soil work okay? Thanks again.
Hi Sandy. Thank you for your appreciation. You can buy seed sowing compost (e.g. John Innes Seed Sowing Compost). However, I just use general potting compost. Just make sure it is light and fine structured (not large clumpy type) so the seeds are not lost in air pockets and can easily push roots through it. Good luck with your growing and keep safe.
Hello, thank you for the video, I found it really useful. I’m currently growing seedings, however it’s been several weeks and they are getting a lot taller with a 2nd set of leaves, however they have not thickened up! (They are still looking similar to cress). How long does it usually take from planting the seedlings for them to appear as they did in the video when needing to place them in separate pots? Thank you
Hi Laura. It sounds like your plants have gone 'leggy'. This is usually caused by too little light. Move them to a brighter spot and see if that helps. Its about 4 weeks before moving to separate pots. Keep safe.
Beutiful video, thank you! Can you please answer me: 1. I can only keep them on the balcony. Can they live and fower in pots? 2. I sowed them 2 months ago and they are still very weak. Is this normal?

@@LearnHow2 I absolutely agree. An American would have taken 20 minutes
I love this guy. Straight forward. I do feel sorry for him though because he seems to have poor soil. Bless.

Thank you for your appreciation.
Hi I have planted them a day ago around when will the first leaves be seen?
They should germinate within 21 days.
After how many days should we give them sunlight
Hi Yasmeen. Dont put them in full sunlight until the plants have grown a good root system...about 4 to 6 weeks. Keep safe.

Thankyou for your appreciation. 1) They should be ok in pots, keep them watered and fed 2) They should be quite strong after 2 months. Keep safe.
Thank you sir
All the best
