You really should change the latchbolt. It's only 2 screws and your using a Schlage latch on an Arrow lock. It doesn't engage properly and will cause premature wear and failure of the latch.

Now we know how your key looks ; 3 even though i doubt a lot of people could make a working key without having measurements.

Or, you could just make a bump key.

I thought those didn't work anymore. I saw some locks that would break if you tried a bump key and the key would get stuck in the lock.
