I enjoy your perspective since I identify with a lot of it whenever I do solo trips to Seoul. I would love it if you could do a video on places where you can comfortably dine alone and the food is actually good. I understand that "honbap" is becoming a thing in Korea so it would be interesting to see you explore that trend and it would be super helpful for visitors like me who often travel solo. For example, the last time I visited Seoul it was still very hard to find good k-bbq places that accept solo diners.
@@moneymoy I agree on the solo travelling and eating issue. Would love to see videos on best places for solo travellers to eat around Seoul. Exploration of the honbap trend is definitely something that has not been explored by people on RUclips enough.
A great segment on Magwon, Alex! And enjoyed your reflections on daily interactions in Korea. If you are up to a request I would love to see places that are good for people that enjoy Kpop. I know foreigners can see the tv shows like ‘The Show’ and ‘Inkigayo’ if they pay to do a tour but are there other places to see Kpop stuff and maybe other tv music shows that foreigners can visit? I would also love to see a jimjilbang or a Manhwa store (where you can read and eat there) or a PC Bang (and how it works) or what areas of Seoul are the best places to eat at a range of different cafes and/or restaurants. Keep up the great work!
@@annettewindow wow thank you for your kind comment! I really appreciate it :) I’ve filmed some videos in a manhwa store and a pc bang too which you can see, but I can go again and film some more if you want since I like going to those places!
@@TheAlexToonShow . Thank you. I just watched your segments on the Manhwa Store and PC Bang just then. Very jealous you can go to them! I was interested in how you pay for use of the items in both stores and the range of catering they actually gave customers as I heard both were good, so if you go again I will be watching those episodes! Other things like catching buses and trains (the everyday stuff you need to do) would also be great to see in detail. I have only visited Seoul once so did not get to try the bus system or learn the best way to navigate both buses and metro. People like myself are fascinated with the best way to get around and interact while in Korea, so you are doing the right segments atm. Keep up the good work👍
