One cannot mess with the crispiness of vada by putting even a drop of chutney/sambar over it...the correct way to relish it is mixing vada with sambar/chutney in the mouth and not on the plate....:)
But sir here in Namma uru... When you ask for a dip, they give the vada completely immersed in sambar. And some people( mostly all!!!!!) Prefer to put chutney over the soaked vada and enjoy it! 😊😊 If it's single vada also people usually do the same, dip it in both sambhar and chutny & then have.. 😊.. so the crispyness and the absorbed taste of sambhar & chutney gets infused to the bite sized pieces.. 2 in 1 !
But as South Indian we never allow it to be seperated [Vada, Dosa, Idly, Pongal] unlike roti in a plate & Dhal in katori. We want these items to be in dipped [soaked] in Sambar., :P :P

Hello Anubhav.. love your videos.. But have a suggestion.. Your team also probably needs some ground work to be done to ensure that guides dont simply take you to anywhich ever place they feel. Not undermining them, but to make sure you get the best output.
It is the continuation of Bengaluru breakfast food tour in India. I was able to eat lots of Dosa and Idli. Rice, tomato, green chili, garlic, and various spices were delicious. Finally, coffee came out in the same country in every country. I can not believe it when I only knew curry. It has become like I feel like being in India. Comfortably . And I gradually became used to Indian cuisine. Once in the end, just watching it on video can not do much. You should have thought so. My heart may already be in India. Thank you very much.

Well made video.. though i have a couple of comments (my 2 cents :P) to make, not just about this particular video but, in general. 1. when you select a co-host, please choose someone who is truly a local person who knows the true delicacies of that place. For instance: in this video, it appears that Anamika (if i got that right) is trying most of the dishes for the very first name. Plus she was pronouncing most of the names incorrect. 2. When you are covering big cities such Delhi/Bengaluru/Mumbai etc. it is simply not realistic to cover all the good places. Even in this video you covered restaurants in and around Malleshwaram which is just one part of Bengaluru ( by no means I an intending that it isnt good, I have been in Malleshwaram and i know its Charm), however, there are many other places as well where you get some really authentic karnataka breakfasts. So you might want to suggest which part of the place you will be covering in each video (such as south bengaluru, north bengaluru etc) 3. Another very imp point which i have noticed you mentioning in all the videos of yours. Just by adding loads of ghee/butter doesn't make the dish tastier on its own. It certainly enhances the taste of the dish. However, the dish inherently has to be tasty to further enhance it. So you can't just make a statement that "since it has so much of ghee/butter it is bound to be tasty". That is an incorrect statement. It's like saying just because a dessert has lots of sugar it will be tasty. 4. What i have seen in your videos compared to Trevor's Food Ranger, or Mark Wiens, you tend to cover a lot of places (which is certainly great), but you don't spend enough time in your video in highlighting the food, the way it is prepared/cooked and appreciating the food. Ideally, you would want to tempt your viewers to go and have the food and enjoy it. More expressions will certainly help your cause. Or you can get a couple of co-hosts like how the EatTreat guys are doing. By no means I am implying that your work isn't good, it is great and it takes a lot of hard work and dedication. So a big thanks for bringing these videos to us and keep up the good work :)
great videos . one thing that intrigued me was that Bhaat for the people who live along the chenab river in Pakistan is a rice dish accompanied by chicken curry , spiced potato, daal , and a mutton curry served with spicy tomato chutney . any idea if some communities have bhaat the same as on this side of the border? also bhaat u cannot find in restaurants its always home meal on sundays etc . keep up the good work . from Lahore Pakistan
I too visited this place but they only serve coconut chutney and not sambar unlike Mumbai and the dosas are too oily . Just curious to know can any explain . :)
Why does he always buy 1 pax and then force the co-host to dig in, without maintaining hygiene. I can never eat in same plate with a stranger. You can share but keep seperate plates, spoons...uuugh
Who is this co-host, so annoying. And at 6:42 she says CTR is existent from 1930 & its 60 / 70 years old. So does that mean this video was shot in 1990/2000? Get you math right with the food!!!
UB Narayana I disagree. Have you tried to do things on the fly? People make mistakes. Don’t be cruel and over excessively critical. It’s not a math channel. She took him to the right places and the host seemed to enjoy it and I too enjoyed watching it.
@@thilolg Not being cruel mate, if it sounds so, I'm apologetic. Just that somewhere I felt she is not adding true value to the vlog and looks like she too is discovering these places for the first time...
Take it easy dude!! Not everything is to be taken literally. You have missed comma after "So", may I remind you to get your English right? Why don't you give it a try to be a co-host in any of the videos. I would like to watch it..
Guru!, you got to spend some effort if you want to keep your show authentic. So, next time you go somewhere: get the help of an authentic local. From a purist perspective, I'm unhappy about how you portrayed my city food !!
Let me give you some pure fact. None of the food that you saw is authentic to Bengaluru. Not even food that you think is authentic to Bengaluru. Food evolves over time and is inspired from different cuisines. If you really are a purist, then you are stuck to eating raw fruits and vegetables which again if you're a purist, you wouldn't find any fruits and vegetables that are authentic to Bengaluru.

Perfectly said sir ! Totally agree with you!
Well-said .....
U r 100% Correct .
great videos . one thing that intrigued me was that Bhaat for the people who live along the chenab river in Pakistan is a rice dish accompanied by chicken curry , spiced potato, daal , and a mutton curry served with spicy tomato chutney . any idea if some communities have bhaat the same as on this side of the border? also bhaat u cannot find in restaurants its always home meal on sundays etc . keep up the good work . from Lahore Pakistan
Madurai host praveena was Awesome compared to this
Yes, Praveena is very humble, never shows off and very authentic in her comments on the food.
👌💚expecting some more foods ....
Another great video Anubhav bhai!
I love this woman as she is constanly looking at food only ...
Where is bangalore pulav. Its one of the best breakfast in bangalore and very tasty. Have'nt you ate
I wonder u had all that food in one day r over 2,3 days? Because it's impossible to even to eat them in small portion as very tasty 😋
She doesn't even know how to pronounce food names correctly. He should give a chance to local food bloggers over here
Food show not byjus math class
@@thilolg Not being cruel mate, if it sounds so, I'm apologetic. Just that somewhere I felt she is not adding true value to the vlog and looks like she too is discovering these places for the first time...
Take it easy dude!! Not everything is to be taken literally. You have missed comma after "So", may I remind you to get your English right? Why don't you give it a try to be a co-host in any of the videos. I would like to watch it..
It is one of the eating entertsinment places in Malleswaram & Bangalore also.
What is your criteria to choose local guide?
Hi ,I m from North-Karnataka(Bijapur),
I think u had a lots of fun having different varieties of Dosa,
Especially what u ate at last, I,e Holige ,which is a desert of N-karnataka......
Neer dosa must try in New Krishna Bhavan, host also missed butter gulkand in Bhagya Lakshmi Gulkand store, Badam milk in Asha Sweets is the yummiest
I wonder why you share from 1plate. It will look more decent if had individually.it's just a suggestion.
Its just a decent way to avoid unnecessary wastage of food!
Idli, uddina wada, kesar bhaat, bisibelle bhaat, idli... Wah wah
Bhai aapki co host bahut excited hai but sweet vlogger 😎👍👏👏👏 tasty food
I love green masala idly....one of my favourite dish and even the butter masala dose...yummy
Even though im from Western part of india living in Bangalore for 10 years, I must say that breakfast tastes amazing here.
However if im a newcomer & wants to b shown around, i will still never select that lady. I would rather choose a kannadiga who knows the right places.
She was more concerned abt eating than Anubhav ji was. She was reacting as if she was having th food for 1st time.
Every once in while Anubhav ji aisa sample piece kahi se leke aate hai jisko kuch pata nahi hota.
Bhukkhad kahi ki 😆😂
Sir try once Hubli in North Karnataka amazing tasty food over here.
The lady companion is took excited for free food .. hhahhahaha
Very good concept that u guyz taste... and makes our watery tongue long for it..! Uh?! 😊
Either say Bangalore or Bengaluru, but please don't say Bangaluru :|
Bengaluru Only
Breakfast tours without Even a mention of Vidyarthi Bhavan or MTR?
Please someone teach them how to pronounce “Dose “
The channel is about food, not language.
Firstly anubhav you have a very decent face and nice presentation skills.Secondly I simply enjoyed the vadas, sweets and dosas shown in this video and thirdly as always you showed lot of variety within a short span of time which is most important for me although personally I do not enjoy idlis and hate non vegetarian food.I liked this video a lot.I appreciate it.
@@delhifoodwalks but you should go out with local food bloggers than any other person.
Aren't vada supposed to be broken into small pieces and dunked in sambar?
Out of these places where all I can get food without onion garlic?
I'm sorry, man, Anubhav, I love your vids, brother but after watching videos on Jammu, Lucknow.... I am sorry but this is just not good man.
Bangalore is not just about dosa
Bangalore style Kheema, paaya and bheja fry
Is also loved by bangaloreans
Bangalore the kebab city. Explore that as well.
I am sorry to say still there are many other locations in Bangalore when compared to the places u have covered. I think u cover only malleswaram but there many nice places compared to it
She is making him to have only dose
Only dosai alone is in Banglore?
Anamika das 😂🤣🤣🤣ye Bengali style pronunciation kannada food k liye use mat Karo😜🤪🤪
She is not even a kannadiga"in a scene in the video she mentions that this building WAS known as shri sagar where it is clearly shown in the video that the building name is still shri sagar which is written in kannada which obviously she cannot read😂
😃 so, hi Anamika.... Well so Malleswaram is obviously one of the best part of Bengaluru, however I believe shouldn't be just labelled as the best... So I hope you understand....
A women from Kolkata is a food blogger from bangalore
Were are local kanndaigas
We have so many local food vloggers, she can't even pronounce the dishes correctly ! I love your videos but the host sorry
@@shrutigirish2359 true
Hit esh don’t be that cruel and critical man. I think she took him to some awesome places and they both seemed to enjoy it.
@@thilolg I am not cruel.I am saying there are lot of food blogger who are born and bought up in bangalore
They can do justice for the video. Than a non localite
@@hiteshs240 true locals can explain better
