@martifix so I literally just got done fixing my payment issue what I did was that I added like $10 on Apple Cash and added it as a payment method then I removed my card from the bank as an option and readded it back and removed the Apple Cash and that fixed everything :D

One of my audience had similar issue and he had to get a new VISA Card from his bank to make it work. mostly the card which already added or didnt have international transactions enabled from the bank side causing such problems. quite tough to narrow down where the issue is remotely. Best way is to try different card or if we have one bank account, then applying for new Visa card helped as far as I know.
It’s because card duplicating is getting easier and easier to do. Tons of fraud going on. Your bank will block your card for suspicious activity. You have to get a new card. Avoid swiping your card when possible it’s always best to use the chip. It’s mostly gas stations. These thief’s have these card sliders that attach over the gas pumps that look completely real it’s how they make a fake card with your information

Netflix accepts both my cards and my dad's card too but for apple nothing is working. So tired of ios complicated systems. They'll really never breakthrough lower income countries with this much complications. Its really user unfriendly. Spotify and netflix works superb!

Guys all you have to do is contact apple and I contacted them and they said I tried to complete purchases when there was no money on my card so add a card that had never been added on your phone and apple will tell you how much to pay them in order to download free apps.. Hope this helps!

Danielle Kaminski have your wallet owner call the bank, maybe this will work because when my sister put my money on her card and I was trying to use it, it didn’t work, and then one day it worked after she had called the bank verifiying that I could use it because it was suspicious activity since the card has never been used on my phone and they didn’t allow unless getting permission from my sister!

Guys the issue here is that you probably bought something online that was sponsored and it’s charging you. It’s best to pay that and once that’s done you are done. Be careful for what you buy online and if it says “sponsored” or something more then don’t buy it. Mine is going slowly so it’s best to wait or contact your bank supporter so you can pay it off.

All i did was contact a apple advisory through chat. It took less than 3 minutes for my problem to be solved. Hi Sahan, If the card is allowed to make international transactions then it must be related to your account. unfortunately calling apple toll free right now is not a feasible option. Friend of mine had similar issue with maestro card. He had to try with Visa Card to make it work. So if you have any other cards it will be good to try.

depending on the service you opted kathy. if they send you an email that they are going to try with the card after specific date then its possible. else you have to do it manually.

EVERYONE I KNOW THE PROBLEM, if you have any active subscriptions currently going that costs more than the balance on the card, it will decline until you put a card with enough money to be charged again.
But I added money to my card its still happening
