I personally like stock tail lights better but to each their own. My biggest concern is how recessed the lights are behind the bags and could cause some visibility of the lights from moderate angles. Def love the plate frame and plan on putting one on my 24 CVO. Great video, thanks
Stock looks so much better and I need to live with exposed holes in my fender common Custom Dynamic at least make some filler plugs 😂I’m cool with the stock look until a better design
In the last few years, everyone has complained Why Harley does not go to L ED lights I always said people would change them anyhow. Looks like I was right. I think the new lights look good. But I would never do that to my bike. I don't want my lights stuck back in a hole where they can't be seen as well. And I still will always like a bagger with 2 pipes.
Stock lights much nicer, it’s making the new style bike look previous style by changing it. Custom Dynamics need to come up with new design for for tail lights.
Looks good, performs well. Now about those exposed bolts & silver metal brackets (rear, down low, as viewed from behind the bike): I believe Custom Dynamics has a black piece that covers these up? I'm looking to cover (or paint black) these bolts & brackets on my '23 RG-ST (also Custom Dynamics equipped: Pro-Dbl-X Headlight, Vent "fang" lights w/black s/s mesh grilles, etc.) Also, I did a full LED conversion (Custom Dynamics) to my '04 Sportster (XL883C w/1200 build). Presently doing a full LED conversion to my '09 FXSTC Softail Custom (just finished the engine build, from 96ci to 107ci). Enjoy your content, videos. Keep'em coming. Thanks! Tom M., SouthBay, So. Cal.
Yes, RikRak and CD both sell a plastic piece that covers the bolts, however I’m going to have my fender brace powdercoated black along with the bolts so you won’t be able to see any chrome from behind..
O yeah . I have a 23.5 CVO in Silver loven those lights. Not sure why Harley put the same tail lights on all the new models ? The CVO always had different rear lights . Nice job .
I have the same dark platinum CVO and agree. Also concern with visibility from side angles with how far recessed the CD lights appear to be…Too many idiots out there now…..I can see some lawyer blaming this for my getting hit while they counter sue as I’m in traction and their 16 year old spawn of idiot client broke a nail texting and my safe driver discount evaporated under her right front fender…..just saying….🤘
The filler lights take away from the 2024 look, however for those who are running or want to run legends then those filler lights will work well with the new bracket that will have the canisters turn like the ones on the cvo st
They don’t make mine anymore, but this one is just as good: www.harborfreight.com/1500-lb-steel-atvmotorcycle-lift-60536.html?campaignid=12144811130&adsetid=128369723275&product=60536&store=210&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADAHb4ekoKqsq03dKVZ1XH30M2Z3S&gclid=CjwKCAjw9IayBhBJEiwAVuc3fvxdAV3NDSMBgYhUALNrw3ZEZ_-KXkO__tAzo89YiYD8Zic0tzve1RoCrKAQAvD_BwE
Only thing I don’t like about the tail lights is being able to see the metal brackets at the bottom under the light. Just looks like something is missing.
If tucked in you can’t see the lights if you are even slightly diagonally behind it??! when braking for example or turning. And that maybe dangerous for following traffic… so i would place them even with the backside of the bags. Safety first… you don’t want a collision from behind.. although it looks good…
Finally a new video, lets goooooooooo! 50K Harley and still doing plastic parts... CHEAP... Same with the inner fairing on the white CVO, cheap black matte plastic...
Does look good. But yeah to each their own. Prefer the stock look. Would prefer to change the lens color on stock vs them being so recessed in like that. Can only be seen directly behind the bike.
It’s a half and half look. Looks half good but have bad with that exposed chrome metal brackets. Blacked out bike needs no chrome. Finish the look up and it’s pretty bad ass.
Plate frame was a huge to put on; those gaskets sucked! As far as the lights go I think that's personal taste; I personally don't like how recessed they are but if that's the look you like then they look good.

totally agree
I ride with a lot of guys that use these, and I have them myself on my bagger, if you’re behind someone it’s always visible.
I agree with the factory lights, probably my would’ve only swap out the tag bracket.
Wouldn’t have changed tail light. Those CD’s look like an autozone part. To each their own I guess. I do like the tag mount.
Thanks for doing a before & after. I’m keeping my stock tail lights/signals on my CVO ST.
I agree the license plate frame is much better but the stock tail light look just as good to me. I have a white CVO ST.
Stock filler lights look way better, but license plate is cool.
Stock looks so much better and I need to live with exposed holes in my fender common Custom Dynamic at least make some filler plugs 😂I’m cool with the stock look until a better design
License plate looks much better with the new set up I’m getting it thanks for the video
Looks great I did both the taillights and license plate upgrade from custom dynamic for my CVO it’s a way cleaner look. Great videos

The plate mount looks great I'll be getting one for my 2024 CVO ST as well

Great mods!! I just did the same thing on my road king plus I added the top of the bags lights
Stocks not ugly looks better than the ricer lights IMO

Does the black match? The Raven color is the bomb!
No, the black is just gloss black, not raven metallic.
Where did you get the racing number decals? I have a 24 CVO ST as well. I like the red number look on the bike. Trying to match my M1000RR
My friend with a GFX shop made them for me.
@@DOOWORKMOTORSPORTS would he be able to make me some? If so how much?
I'm glad I came across this. I may be making a change soon.

I've got custom dynamic on my 20.. this is so true..
They have bag lights for back of bags pretty sleek and better viz double as signals
They also make a bracket for the filler lights and it hides the two bolts under the lights. ask customs about it.
What bike lift/jack is that? Also, The CD lights and plate kit look so much better. The stock ones look terrible.
Craftsman Jack.
what about bag lights with the filler lights ? 24 are so different
What wrap did you use
Great video man. Where can I get that lift you used to lift your bike? A link to the product would be appreciated if possible.

Custom Dynamics now has a fix for that.. Here you go: www.customdynamics.com/fillerz-fender-support-bolt-covers?cat=2

do these work on the 2023 CVO Street glide with the same type body?
Yes.
How did you get a red plate
Wrapped it..
Slick and clean look!
Do you have the color code for that olhins gold? I’m looking to do some powder coating
No I don't, my powder coater won't give out his secret recipe to make gold look like this lol
Finally a new video, lets goooooooooo! 50K Harley and still doing plastic parts... CHEAP... Same with the inner fairing on the white CVO, cheap black matte plastic...
Lookin good Bro !!
Where did you find the thunderheader
All American Cycle had it in stock..
Nice
Is that plate legal in.mi? It's not from the sos right ?
That’s fire. 🔥
So is the backing plate and frame all included in the 129.00 price?
No, they are sold separately..
The new parts look awesome!!!
I like the custom Dynamic lights but you could have left the stock in there and just changed out the license plate
Does look good. But yeah to each their own. Prefer the stock look. Would prefer to change the lens color on stock vs them being so recessed in like that. Can only be seen directly behind the bike.
Cleaned it up nice
I like the plate frame but, those holes are a no go for me on the tail lights.
Looks good.
We need more new videos Anthony, lets go!
It’s a half and half look. Looks half good but have bad with that exposed chrome metal brackets. Blacked out bike needs no chrome. Finish the look up and it’s pretty bad ass.
That chrome bracket is going to powder coat soon 😎
@@DOOWORKMOTORSPORTS what about that cover they make? Don’t remember the brand though
The 24s only have 1 pipe?
No, that’s an aftermarket 2:1 exhaust with no dummy pipe
No, we installed a Thunderheader 2 into 1 pipe on this bike..
Did you put a tuner on it after changing exhaust
Yeah it’s much cleaner
👊🏻What’s up pal👊🏻
Stock lights look SO much better. At least custom dynamic could make a filler. Looks horrible with those holes. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Needs a dummy pipe on the left side
Plate frame was a huge to put on; those gaskets sucked! As far as the lights go I think that's personal taste; I personally don't like how recessed they are but if that's the look you like then they look good.
🥱😴
Oof thats so ugly & functionally so much worse 😅 to each their own ig
Love your channel but no that don’t look good stock looked better
No no
How do you get a black plate?
Wrapped it
