- The plaintiff says the defendant dated her brother and they have a child. She says the defendant vandalized her brother’s property and had him falsely arrested. Now that they’ve split up, the defendant is harassing the whole family, so she’s suing her. The defendant says she saw the plaintiff sell crack to her own mother. She’s countersuing for harassment.

Time Stamp: 10:43 is where the Defendant's case went downhill. When the audio played, the expression on the Judge's face says it all. He is beyond embarrassed. After what he heard the children say, she has no more credibility. Judge Mathis couldn't allow her to win anything after that. Good. Plaintiff's butt is hurt because she went on defaming the plaintiff and disrespecting the plaintiff's mother and expected to be listened to and win her counter-claim but the children being grossly disrespectful under the guidance of their potty mouth mother was too much. She embarrassed the judge, the community, and the Court. She lost big time and tried to start a fight at the end. HA HA, stupid.
